  • Patent number: 11900566
Abstract: An image capture device includes an image sensor and a processor. The image sensor is configured to capture a first plurality of frames, a second plurality of frames, and a third plurality of frames. The processor includes a first denoising layer and a second denoising layer. The first denoising layer includes a first denoiser, a second denoiser, and a third denoiser. The first denoiser is configured to denoise the first plurality of frames and output a first denoised frame. The second denoiser is configured to denoise the second plurality of frames and output a second denoised frame. The third denoiser is configured to denoise the third plurality of frames and output a third denoised frame. The second denoising layer includes a fourth denoiser. • Patent number: 10902558
Abstract: Implementations disclosed herein include an image capture device, a system, and a method for performing multiscale denoising of an image. An image processor of the image capture device obtains a first image. The first image may be in any format and may include noise artifacts. The image processor decomposes the first image into one or more sub-images. The sub-images may range from a coarse scale to a fine scale. In some implementations, the image processor iteratively denoises each of the one or more sub-images from the coarse scale to the fine scale. The image processor reconstructs the one or more denoised sub-images to produce a denoised image. A memory of the image capture device may be configured to store the denoised image.

  • Publication number: 20180322662
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a method for transferring a style of a reference visual object to an input visual object. According to an embodiment, the method includes finding a correspondence map assigning to a point in the input visual objet a corresponding point in the reference visual object, the finding of a correspondence map comprising spatially adaptive partitioning of the input visual object into a plurality of regions, the partitioning depending on the reference and input visual objects. The disclosure also relates to corresponding electronic device, computer readable program product and computer readable storage medium.

  • Publication number: 20170374334
Abstract: One general aspect for motion-based video tonal stabilization uses a keyframe and motion estimation techniques to determine the level of spatial correspondence between input images and the keyframe. When the level of spatial correspondence is high, tonal stabilization is performed through regression and power law tonal transformation to minimize the color differences between images caused by automatic camera parameters without a priori knowledge of the camera model. Tonal error accumulation is reduced by using long-term tonal propagation.

  • Patent number: 9026195
Abstract: A method for quantifying the development of pathologies involving changes in volume of a body represented via an imaging technique, including normalizing gray levels by a midway technique for two images I1 and I2 representing the same scene, resulting in two normalized images I?1 and I?2; calculating a map of signed differences between the two normalized images I?1 and I?2; and performing one or more statistical tests based on the assumption of a Gaussian distribution of the gray levels for healthy tissues in the normalized images I?1 and I?2 and/or in the calculated difference map. Advantageously, results of two or more of the tests can be combined for a more specific characterization of the development.
