  • Publication number: 20240138973
Abstract: An in-situ fenestration device including a cutting staple, a delivery staple, and a backplate catheter. The cutting staple has a delivery position, a cutting position, and a deployed position. The delivery catheter is configured to deliver the cutting staple to an in-situ fenestration site of a graft material situated within an artery. The backplate catheter is fixated to the delivery catheter as the cutting staple transitions from the delivery position to the cutting position to cut an in-situ fenestration at the in-situ fenestration site. The backplate catheter includes one or more channels configured to transition the cutting staple from the cutting position to the deployed position anchoring the cutting staple to the graft material around a periphery of the in-situ fenestration.

  • Patent number: 8844767
Abstract: An inverted flexible food containment and delivery system is disclosed. Embodiments disclosed herein include a flexible pouch that is configured to contain a food product. A spout fitment is coupled to the flexible pouch proximate a dispensing end. The spout fitment supports a cap assembly that includes a valve. An exterior support surface of the cap assembly is configured to support the flexible food containment and delivery system and the food product in an inverted/cap-down orientation.

  • Publication number: 20070266372
Abstract: A method, system and computer program product for generating documentation of a customized execution of a task of a process are disclosed. A documentation program is associated with the task. When the task is executed, an execution time of the task execution is detected, which triggers an execution of the documentation program. In the case that a process includes multiple tasks, documentation of the multiple tasks is generated in an order based on the detected execution times of the multiple tasks within the process.

  • Patent number: 5629283
Abstract: The invention provides a recombinant or synthetic receptor for granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) and biochemical and/or biological equivalents, homologues, or derivatives thereof. The GM-CSF receptor is useful inter alia in treatment and diagnosis of GM-CSF related diseases, and in screening of agonists and antagonists of binding of GM-CSF to its cell-bound receptors. The invention further provides nucleic acid sequences encoding GM-CSF receptor, recombinant DNA molecules comprising these sequences, and transformed hosts carrying the recombinant DNA molecules, as well as antibodies directed against GM-CSF receptor, and pharmaceutical compositions comprising either the GM-CSF receptor or antibodies thereto.

  • Patent number: 5443825
Abstract: Leukemia-inhibitory factor (LIF) has been produced in essentially pure form from murine or human sources. A method of purifying this LIF is disclosed, as well as polypeptides having LIF activity which are not identical in amino acid sequence to any naturally occurring form of LIF. The polypeptides can be used for hindering the proliferation of myeloid Leukemia cells.
