Abstract: Within this disclosure, an apparatus which contains a plurality of cameras and software based method is discussed for allowing users to create 360 degree virtual worlds that mimic real life, made out of video captured from a plurality of cameras. This apparatus is designed to operate as an attachment to an immersive device such as but not limited to a HMD or VR device, in some embodiments it functions as a standalone apparatus, and in other embodiments it is designed have more than one function, so it is able to be used either as a standalone device or as an attachment for an immersive device such as but not limited to an HMD or VR device.
