  • Patent number: 11788591
Abstract: A braking device may include a brake casing rotatably assembled with respect to a shaft along an axis of rotation, first braking elements and second braking elements, forming a stack, an elastic return element configured to exert an application force on the first and second braking elements, and a brake release actuator, adapted to bias the elastic return element along a direction opposing the application direction. The braking device a may include a diffusion wedge and a pressure wedge positioned respectively to bear against the stack and against the elastic return element. The diffusion wedge and the pressure wedge may have contact surfaces defining an annular linear contact about the axis of rotation.

  • Publication number: 20230193885
Abstract: A hydraulic machine has a first assembly and a second assembly movable in rotation relative to each other along an axis of rotation. The hydraulic machine has a crankcase defining an internal volume, in which an interface between the fixed assembly and the movable assembly has a housing provided with a first sealing element ensuring the sealing of the internal volume relative to the external environment. A second sealing element is positioned between the internal volume and the housing. The second sealing element is adapted to allow a passage of fluid from the internal volume to the housing when the pressure deviation between the internal volume and the housing is less than or equal to a threshold value, and to isolate the housing from the internal volume when the pressure deviation is greater than the threshold value.

  • Publication number: 20230175496
Abstract: The rotating hydraulic machine (102) comprises: —a housing (10), —a shaft (20) movably mounted relative to the housing about an axis, —an apron (24) rigidly connected to the shaft and extending around at least a portion of the housing, —a cam (12) rigidly connected to either the housing or the shaft, —a cylinder block (42) rotationally connected to the other of either the housing or the shaft, the cylinder block comprising pistons capable of engaging with the cam to produce a relative rotation between the shaft and the housing, —first and second guide bearings (28) each bearing directly on the housing and the apron, and —at least a third guide bearing (37) bearing directly on the housing and the cylinder block.

  • Publication number: 20230147694
Abstract: The hydraulic machine comprises: —a fixed part, —a part mounted so as to rotate about an axis (O-O) with respect to the fixed part, —a stack (50) of discs (53, 54) forming a brake or clutch, the discs being able to be in abutment against one another by way of friction surfaces (88) having a mean friction radius (Rf) with respect to the axis, —a push rod (80) that is able to push the discs into abutment against one another, in a direction parallel to the axis, over a thrust surface (4), the thrust surface having a mean thrust radius (Rp) with respect to the axis which extends to within or beyond the mean friction radius (Rf). The push rod (80) has a radial annular notch (90) indenting the push rod from an opposite side of the push rod from the axis (O-O) when the mean thrust radius (Rp) extends beyond the mean friction radius (Rf), and otherwise from the side of the push rod closest to the axis.

  • Publication number: 20230097920
Abstract: A casing for a rotating machine includes a first fixed segment, and a second segment rotating along an axis of rotation (X-X). The first segment and the second segment are in contact along an interface provided with a sealing element. The sealing element is positioned in a housing connected to the internal volume of the casing, and also to the surrounding medium. The connection between the housing and the surrounding medium is made via a duct. The first casing segment or the second casing segment has a planer positioned at an outer end of the duct.
