Abstract: The invention relates to a seat arrangement, in particular for an aircraft cabin, including: at least one first column of seats extending on one side of an aisle, at least one second column of seats extending on an opposite side of the aisle, the seats of the second column being disposed staggered with respect to the seats of the first column, this arrangement including at least one door that can move between a stowed position and a deployed position in which the door closes an upper space located above a console of the first column, the upper space being defined, on the one hand, by a shell associated with the console and, on the other hand, by a shell associated with a front seat, a lower space extending between the front end of the console and the shell of the front seat being left free, the lower space communicating with the upper space in order to form an access passage between the aisle and a seat of the second column when the door is in the stowed position.
