  • Patent number: 11186379
Abstract: The present disclosure concerns a system for installing and removing a propulsion unit on a pylon of an aircraft, a propulsion unit of the type including a nacelle and a turbojet engine, the turbojet engine being linked on the pylon by at least one front suspension and one rear suspension. The system includes a supporting structure which is adapted to support a thrust reverser device, a front suspension of the turbojet engine, which carries a front part of the supporting structure, and which is removably fastened on a front part of the pylon, and a rear suspension of the turbojet engine which carries a rear part of the supporting structure, and which is removably fastened on a rear part of the pylon, and the disengagement of said suspensions of the pylon allowing removing the propulsion unit mounted on the pylon.

  • Patent number: 10641206
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a nacelle rear assembly for turbojet engine including at least one thrust reverser device to redirect air flow circulating from upstream to downstream in a flow path of the turbojet engine and a mast to link the nacelle to a structure of the aircraft. In one form, the nacelle extends longitudinally from forth to back along an axis and includes a cradle fastened on the mast. In one form, the cradle includes a first longeron and a second longeron extending longitudinally on either side of the mast. The first and second longeron each include a sliding guide device for sliding of a movable cowl and of a cascade of the thrust reverser device.

  • Patent number: 9849995
Abstract: An aircraft nacelle with a system to provide spacing between two halves of a cowl. The cowls open and close by rotating about an axis in the upper regions of the cowls, and the cowls have indexing features in a region of the lower edges. The indexers are in sliding contact the spacing system, which is rigidly mounted to the nacelle. The spacing system comprises a housing for receiving the indexers and two levers with features for prescribing the movement of the cowls. The spacing system further comprises an actuator and a plurality returns to assist the movement of the cowls.

  • Publication number: 20150284100
Abstract: An aircraft nacelle comprising a spacing system to maintain two cowls spaced apart. A nacelle comprises two cowls each having a lower edge and an indexer in the region of the lower edge, the two cowls being mounted to be movable in terms of rotation about an opening axis between a closed position and an open position, a spacing system comprising a base fixed to a fixed portion of the nacelle. For each cowl, a lever which is independent of the lever associated with the other cowl and which has a housing in which the indexer is received in a closed position, and a stop against which the indexer is positioned in an open position, the lever being movable in terms of rotation on the base between an engagement position and a disengagement position, and for each lever, a return intended to urge the lever into the engagement position.
