    Abstract: Articulation system having two articulations, each comprising two strength members that are able to pivot with respect to one another and are each controlled by a control member. The control members of the two articulations are able to move independently of one another between locking and unlocking positions and are elastically urged towards the locking position. A maneuvering member engages by pressing only in an actuating direction with first and second driving members connected to the respective control members of the first and second articulations and suitable for driving each corresponding control member from the locking position into the unlocking position.
