  • Patent number: 11917487
Abstract: Disclosed herein are techniques of geo-location for building sites including: providing means for determining a precise position; providing an application; starting the application; providing at least one feature option to the user of the application, the at least one feature option including at least one option that uses the precise position; acting upon at least one feature action on behalf of the user, the at least one feature action including at least one action that uses the at least one feature option; interacting with a 3D end point on the basis of the at least one feature action; and providing a final output that takes into account the interaction with the 3D end point. Users are enabled to precisely position building information that specifies precise construction deficiencies of a building site in a 3D model and to address those deficiencies during construction.

  • Patent number: 11695191
Abstract: Apparatus for dual-band antenna and communications tower comprising such apparatus are provided. The apparatus comprises a first part (202) comprising first and second propagation paths configured to selectively propagate signals of a first frequency with either a first polarization state or a second polarization state, a transition part (204) rotatable between first and second transition positions to selectively propagate signals of a second frequency along the second signal path with the first polarisation state when in the first transition position and with the second polarisation state when in the second transition position and a rotator part rotatable between first and second rotator positions. Wherein, the rotator part is configured to orientate the polarisation of signals in the second signal path in order to couple the second signal path to an interface, and allow propagation of signals in the first signal path in either the first or second rotator positions.

  • Patent number: 9433142
Abstract: A seeder includes a frame on ground wheels defining tool bars for seeding elements spaced across the frame. Each element includes a pair of parallel arms connected to the tool bar bracket forming a parallel linkage for up and down movement of a support arm connected at a rear end and carrying the packer wheel. A spring applies a downward spring force on the parallel linkage to apply a downward force on the packer wheel so that the spring force increases as the parallel arms pivot upwardly and decreases as the parallel arms pivot downwardly. A control device is arranged to raise and lower the tool bar in response to a detected value of a sensor so as to change the angle of the parallel linkage and change the spring force. A cam controlled double rack adjustment of the height of the opener allows the user to change seeding depth.
