    Abstract: A contoured cover including lateral and medial panels constructed of thermally insulative, stretchable material. Lateral and medial panels are joined to form a unitary body having an ankle opening, a blade opening, and a pair of confronting front flaps. Flap fasteners and blade opening fasteners can be engaged to stretch taut the unitary body to closely conform to the boot outline and cover a substantial portion of the underneath of the boot.
