In some embodiments, a graphical user interface (GUI) facilitates user interaction with subject items, ordered arrangements of subject items, and display of subject items and their interconnections in the knowledge base. For example, the GUI facilitates operations such as the determination and display of: subject items with the same subject tag, and subject items with similar connectivity. Other operations facilitate simplification and modification of the displayed knowledge graph comprising the subject items.
