Abstract: A rotating electrical machine rotor core is implemented that can suppress an increase in number of manufacturing processes and has a magnetic structure that can reduce noise or vibration associated with rotation. A rotating electrical machine rotor core includes a member disposition hole in which a permanent magnet is disposed; and pair of magnetic flux limiting holes disposed on both sides in circumferential direction of each of magnetic poles, units in which member disposition hole is repeatedly made in circumferential direction being magnetic poles. Each magnetic plate includes plurality of types of through part pairs having different circumferential spacings between pair of limiting-hole through parts that makes pair of magnetic flux limiting holes.
