  • Publication number: 20220145593
Abstract: Provided is a construction machine capable of accurately notifying a worker that a prime mover is in a drive state. The construction machine includes a prime mover, a heat exchanger, a fan that blows air to the heat exchanger, a controller, and notification units. Only when all of a plurality of notification judgment conditions, which include a condition that the prime mover is in a drive state and a drive sound condition for judging that the drive sound of the fan is low, are satisfied, the controller inputs a notification instruction to the notification units. With input of the notification instruction, the notification units perform notification that the prime mover is in a drive state.

  • Patent number: 9453482
Abstract: Provide is a construction machine allowing an air cleaner to be located entirely low while securing dust-discharge function thereof, with no risk of adverse effects such as diffusion of dusts and complication in structure. The construction machine includes an engine and an air cleaner connected to an intake-side portion of the engine to filter intake air. The air cleaner includes an air-cleaner main body which filters the intake air and an evacuator which discharges dusts separated from the intake air and protrudes downward beyond the air-cleaner main body. The air-cleaner main body is placed on an air-cleaner placement surface, the evacuator protruding downward beyond the air-cleaner placement surface at a position deviated outward from the air-cleaner placement surface.

  • Patent number: 8407991
Abstract: A construction machine that permits an exhaust gas after-treatment device to be disposed while avoiding an increase of height and hence avoiding narrowing of an operator's visual field. A guard panel is disposed substantially in parallel with a base frame. The guard panel includes a top plate, the top plate including an opening formed at a portion thereof corresponding to an engine, and a bonnet formed so as to project upwards from the top plate and cover the opening. A first treatment section is disposed lower than the top plate and a second treatment section includes at least a portion positioned higher than the top plate through the opening and lower than the bonnet.
