  • Patent number: 10373784
Abstract: A superconducting arcing induction type DC circuit breaker includes a superconducting fault current limiter and an arcing induction type DC circuit breaker connected in series to each other. The arcing induction type DC circuit breaker includes an induction member that has a through-hole, is continuously formed in a 360-degree direction, and has a certain shape and thickness, and an induction needle that protrudes from an inner surface of the induction member toward a center of the induction member. A contact point where an anode and a cathode, which are mechanical contacts, approach from opposite directions and come into contact with each other is formed in the through-hole of the induction member, and the anode and the cathode are separated in a direction far away from each other.

  • Publication number: 20060096969
Abstract: An electric oven includes a main body formed with a cooking chamber and a door opening/closing the cooking chamber. The electric oven further includes a heater unit provided in the main body and for heating the cooking chamber; a partition plate detachably provided in the cooking chamber and partitioning the cooking chamber into a first cooking chamber and a second cooking chamber; a mode selecting unit provided to select one of cooking modes for a single type cooking chamber without the partition plate, and for a double type cooking chamber with the partition plate; and a controller which detects whether the partition plate is mounted in the cooking chamber, and adjusts the mode selecting unit corresponding either to the single type cooking chamber or to the double type cooking chamber.

  • Patent number: 7002123
Abstract: A microwave oven and a method of controlling the same. The microwave oven is capable of using a plurality of input powers with different frequencies. The microwave oven includes input power sources, an interrupt generation unit and a control unit. The interrupt generation unit generates interrupt signals with different periods according to the frequencies of the input powers. The control unit cumulatively counts pulses generated on the basis of the interrupt signals outputted from the interrupt generation unit, compares the cumulatively counted value with a reference value, and discriminates the frequencies of the input powers depending on the number of instances where the cumulatively counted value is equal to or greater than the reference value.

  • Patent number: 6593556
Abstract: A microwave oven accumulatively counts a cooking time by decreasing the cooking time where an actual cooking operation is not carried out, and various electrical parts, including a high voltage transformer, are cooled. The microwave oven increases the cooking time where a power relay of the microwave oven is actually driven and the cooking operation is carried out. Accordingly, the microwave oven counts the cooking time in consideration of cooking conditions. Additionally, the microwave oven decreases an output power level where the counted cooking time has reached a preset overheating prevention time, and compulsorily recovers the output power level to perform the remaining cooking operation where a cooling period has elapsed.

  • Patent number: 6436469
Abstract: The present invention relates to a transparent conductive thin film and a method for the preparation of the same., and more particularly to a method for the preparation of a transparent conductive thin film comprising the steps of a) preparing a sol solution of antimony-tin oxides (ATO) or indium-tin oxides (ITO), b) forming a transparent coating layer on an outer surface of a cathode ray tube using the sol solution, and c) rapidly increasing a temperature of the transparent coating layer to a predetermined temperature of 300 to 1200° C., and rapidly cooling the transparent coating layer either immediately or after maintaining the predetermined temperature for up to 20 seconds, and a transparent conductive thin film prepared by this preparation method, i.e., a transparent conductive thin film which not only has superior conductivity, high hardness, and non-reflectivity but also saves production process time and increases production process effectiveness, and a method for the preparation of the same.
