Publication number: 20250327075Abstract: The present disclosure provides nucleic acid compositions that incorporate one or more halouracil molecules. More specifically, the present disclosure reveals that the replacement of uracil nucleotides within a microRNA nucleotide sequence with a 5-halouracil increases the ability of the micro-RNA to inhibit cancer progression and tumorigenesis. As such, the present disclosure provides various nucleic acid (e.g., microRNA) compositions having 5-halouracil molecules incorporated in their nucleic acid sequences and methods for using the same. The present disclosure further provides pharmaceutical compositions comprising the modified nucleic acid compositions, and methods for treating cancers using the same.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 5, 2025Publication date: October 23, 2025Applicant: The Research Foundation for The State University of New YorkInventors: Jingfang Ju, Andrew Fesler, Younghwa Song, Jun Chung

Publication number: 20070058431Abstract: A method of operating a packaged flash memory module includes applying a first program or erase command and a first address associated with the first commend to a first flash memory chip of a plurality of flash memory chips that are arranged within the packaged flash memory module; applying a second program or erase command and a second address associated with the second commend to a second flash memory chip of the plurality of flash memory chips that are arranged within the packaged flash memory module, the second command being applied to the second flash memory chip prior to the completion of the first command by the first flash memory chip; and determining whether or not the first flash memory chip has completed the first command. If the first command is determined to have not been completed by the first memory chip, examining whether or not a second flash memory chip has completed the second command.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 29, 2005Publication date: March 15, 2007Applicant: Hynix Semiconductor Inc.Inventors: Jun Chung, Joong Yang

Publication number: 20060109724Abstract: Disclosed herein is a memory device capable of changing data output modes. According to the present invention, an address that is input to a circuit, which is designed in 8-bit output mode, is internally modified, to operate in 16-bit output mode, and a test operation is performed in 8-bit output mode. As such, two kinds of output mode circuits can be tested in one test equipment. Accordingly, test efficiency can be enhanced and costs can be saved.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 17, 2005Publication date: May 25, 2006Applicant: Hynix Semiconductor Inc.Inventor: Jun Chung

Publication number: 20050063766Abstract: An applicator pen is provided for dispensing material, such as cosmetics like lipstick, eye shadow, etc. The applicator pen includes a body including a space for storing the material to be dispensed and an applicator assembly coupled to one end of the body for dispensing a prescribed amount of the material. The applicator pen also includes a drive mechanism interacting with the stored material for causing the prescribed amount of material to be dispensed through the applicator assembly. The drive mechanism including a drive rod that has a number of teeth formed therealong. A button assembly of the applicator pen is coupled to another end of the body and the drive mechanism. The button assembly is positionable between a rest position and an engaged position where the drive rod is ratcheted an incremental distance resulting in the stored material being directed towards the applicator assembly where the prescribed amount of material is dispensed therethrough.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 16, 2004Publication date: March 24, 2005Inventors: Sou Chen, Jun Chung
