  • Publication number: 20240145147
Abstract: It is an object to provide a thin film inductor element using a new type of emergent electromagnetic field, which has a not so high difficulty in selecting materials, and also has a not so high temperature dependency. A thin film inductor element is characterized by including: a stacked layer film including a magnetic body layer, and a non-magnetic body layer or an antiferromagnetic body layer stacked therein, and a pair of electrodes, and is characterized in that the magnetic body layer, and the non-magnetic body layer or the antiferromagnetic body layer are extended in an arbitrary shape in a direction orthogonal to a stacking direction, and a vertical orientation of the stacking direction is also arbitrary, the magnetic body layer has a substantially uniform magnetization structure, and the pair of electrodes are provided at both ends to which the stacked layer film is extended, and an alternating current or a high frequency current is applied.

  • Patent number: 9283877
Abstract: A movable headrest includes a base member including a headrest stay; a movable member that is slidable relative to the headrest stay; and a lock mechanism that locks the movable member such that the movable member is restrained from sliding relative to the headrest stay. The movable member includes a flexure part that bends due to a load received from a head of an occupant, a frame part that supports the flexure part, and an engaging portion. The frame part includes a sliding portion that slides relative to the headrest stay, and when the flexure part is bent such that the engaging portion is moved relative to the frame part, the movable member is unlocked.

  • Publication number: 20110278989
Abstract: To provide a power generation member having a high power generating capacity, a power generation device using the same, and a power generation system. A power generation member 1 includes: a piezoelectric element 2 in which electrodes 2a and 2c are formed on both main faces of a plate-shaped piezoelectric ceramic 2b; a pressing member to press one main face of the piezoelectric element 2; and a support member 4 to support the other main face of the piezoelectric element 2, wherein the support member 4 supports an outer rim of the piezoelectric element 2, and the pressing member 3 presses the piezoelectric element 2 at a part inside the support member 4 with a planar pressing face. It is possible to reduce cancellation of the generated charge, as well as to allow the piezoelectric ceramic 2b to deform sufficiently to produce large strain by pressure energy generated by a walking man or vibration energy generated by a running car and the like. As a result, it is possible to effectively obtain large electricity.
