    Abstract: The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for preventing hepatitis B virus infection and use thereof. The pharmaceutical composition comprises i) a hepatitis B virus surface antigen, a fragment thereof with antigenic activity and/or a variant thereof with antigenic activity; and ii) an immunostimulatory composition, which comprises an aluminum adjuvant and a CpG oligodeoxynucleotide, wherein the sequence of the CpG oligodeoxynucleotide comprises two or more copies of 5?-TTCGTT-3? motif or 5?-TCGTCGTCG-3? motif. The experimental results show that the components contained in the immunostimulatory composition can have a synergistic effect, thereby greatly enhancing the immune effect on hepatitis B virus surface antigen; only two immunizations can produce a good immune effect, and produce the antibody earlier than the existing vaccines and maintain a high level of antibody titer for a longer time.

The first network device allocates a third VPN identifier to the first VPN route and the second VPN route, and stores, on a forwarding plane, a first correspondence between the third VPN identifier and a first VPN identifier that is included in the first VPN route and a second correspondence between the third VPN identifier and a second VPN identifier that is included in the second VPN route. The first VPN route and the second VPN route that belong to a same VPN can form fast reroute or load balancing.

    Abstract: Provided is a pattern division multiple access (PDMA) communication system based on optimal frequency-hopping patterns, which includes a transmitter and a receiver. The transmitter modulates an input baseband signal into a modulated signal, and then converts the modulated signal into a signal that hops in frequency according to the optimal frequency-hopping pattern. The receiver reverts the received frequency-hopping signal to an output modulated signal using an optimal frequency-hopping pattern same as that of the transmitter, and then demodulates the modulated signal into a baseband signal. The optimal frequency-hopping patterns are obtained by applying two-dimensional cyclic shift to a Golomb Costas array constructed based on an extension field, and thus are frequency-hopping patterns with ideal autocorrelation and cross-correlation properties.
