Abstract: The present invention belongs to the field of biopharmaceutics and in particular relates to a pharmaceutical composition. The pharmaceutical composition comprises a hepatitis B surface antigen, a hepatitis B core antigen, and an immunostimulatory composition, wherein the immunostimuilatory composition comprises a saponin and a CpG oligodeoxynucleotide, or consists of an adjuvant comprising a saponin and a CpG oligodeoxynucleotide.

Abstract: The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for preventing hepatitis B virus infection and use thereof. The pharmaceutical composition comprises i) a hepatitis B virus surface antigen, a fragment thereof with antigenic activity and/or a variant thereof with antigenic activity; and ii) an immunostimulatory composition, which comprises an aluminum adjuvant and a CpG oligodeoxynucleotide, wherein the sequence of the CpG oligodeoxynucleotide comprises two or more copies of 5?-TTCGTT-3? motif or 5?-TCGTCGTCG-3? motif. The experimental results show that the components contained in the immunostimulatory composition can have a synergistic effect, thereby greatly enhancing the immune effect on hepatitis B virus surface antigen; only two immunizations can produce a good immune effect, and produce the antibody earlier than the existing vaccines and maintain a high level of antibody titer for a longer time.

Abstract: This application discloses a route advertisement method, a packet forwarding method, a device, and a system. A first network device obtains a first VPN route and a second VPN route that have a same route prefix and a same route distinguisher but different VPN identifiers and different next hops. The first network device allocates a third VPN identifier to the first VPN route and the second VPN route, and stores, on a forwarding plane, a first correspondence between the third VPN identifier and a first VPN identifier that is included in the first VPN route and a second correspondence between the third VPN identifier and a second VPN identifier that is included in the second VPN route. The first VPN route and the second VPN route that belong to a same VPN can form fast reroute or load balancing.

The method includes: A second network device receives a first route sent by a first network device, where the first route includes an IP address of a source network device and first identification information identifying that an IP address of the first network device belongs to a first type, and the first network device is a next-hop network device of the source network device. The second network device sends the first route, where the first route is a route determined by the second network device based on a first route group, and the first route group is determined based on the IP address of the source network device and the first type, so that routes having the same IP address of the source network device but different types of next-hop addresses can be allocated to different route groups.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a pharmaceutical preparation for treating hepatitis B, a preparation method and use thereof. The pharmaceutical preparation comprises a solution of hepatitis B surface antigen, further a solution of hepatitis B core antigen, and furthermore an oligodeoxynucleotide solution. The pharmaceutical preparation is free of saccharide, has a simple composition and a good antigen stability, without the adverse reactions caused by aluminum adjuvants, and shows good preservation effects in long-term stability experiments.

Abstract: Provided is a pattern division multiple access (PDMA) communication system based on optimal frequency-hopping patterns, which includes a transmitter and a receiver. The transmitter modulates an input baseband signal into a modulated signal, and then converts the modulated signal into a signal that hops in frequency according to the optimal frequency-hopping pattern. The receiver reverts the received frequency-hopping signal to an output modulated signal using an optimal frequency-hopping pattern same as that of the transmitter, and then demodulates the modulated signal into a baseband signal. The optimal frequency-hopping patterns are obtained by applying two-dimensional cyclic shift to a Golomb Costas array constructed based on an extension field, and thus are frequency-hopping patterns with ideal autocorrelation and cross-correlation properties.
