    Abstract: A method, an apparatus, and a medium for determining a pose are provided. The method includes: receiving a query image sent by a terminal and N text fields included in the query image; determining a candidate reference image based on a prestored correspondence between a reference image and a text field and based on the N text fields; determining an initial pose of the terminal at the first location based on the query image and the candidate reference image; and sending the initial pose to the terminal. According to the method, a candidate reference image is queried based on a text field, and an initial pose of a terminal is obtained based on a candidate reference image with higher accuracy. Therefore, the obtained pose is more accurate.

    Abstract: Provided are low glycosylated kallikrein I with no or a small amount of glycosylation at the NFS sequence and polyethylene glycol modified product and pharmaceutical applications. KLK1 with lower glycosylation at NFS is more active than KLK1 with higher glycosylation at NFS. A recombinant KLK1 mutant without N-glycosylation at the NFS sequence is also provided, containing only two N-glycosylation sites at NMS and NHT. Glycosylation of the recombinant KLK1 mutant is relatively more consistent, the molecular weight of the product is relatively more homogeneous, the yield is higher, the purification process is simpler, and the biological activity is higher, and the quality is more controllable.

In some embodiments, the apparatus may include a switch electrically connected between the sensing device and a power source, wherein the microcontroller is configured to send an electrical signal to the switch to control an input power to the sensing device.

    Abstract: Provided is a pattern division multiple access (PDMA) communication system based on optimal frequency-hopping patterns, which includes a transmitter and a receiver. The transmitter modulates an input baseband signal into a modulated signal, and then converts the modulated signal into a signal that hops in frequency according to the optimal frequency-hopping pattern. The receiver reverts the received frequency-hopping signal to an output modulated signal using an optimal frequency-hopping pattern same as that of the transmitter, and then demodulates the modulated signal into a baseband signal. The optimal frequency-hopping patterns are obtained by applying two-dimensional cyclic shift to a Golomb Costas array constructed based on an extension field, and thus are frequency-hopping patterns with ideal autocorrelation and cross-correlation properties.
