  • Publication number: 20260202514
Abstract: Embodiments described herein provide techniques to enable spatial sensor data from multiple devices to be fused into a single coordinate space. This fused sensor data can then be processed into a point cloud. Point cloud data can then be transformed to enable the classification of objects detected within the sensor data. Features within multiple feature spaces can be extracted from the point cloud data for use in classification. Classification of objects can also be used to correlate objects detected by multiple sensor equipped devices to determine a coordinate space transformation between those devices.

  • Publication number: 20260161853
Abstract: A specification of a binding target protein in a non-binding state is received. A target epitope of the binding target protein is identified. The binding target protein is tokenized into input tokens. A subset of input tokens corresponding to the target epitope is replaced with predicted binding-state tokens representing a conformational change. The input sequence with the binding-state tokens is processed through a generative model. A binder protein sequence structurally complementary to the target epitope in the binding state is generated.

  • Patent number: 12367329
Abstract: A specification of a binding target protein is received. A machine learning model is used to predict a plurality of candidates for a property of a selected amino acid position of a binder protein to bind to the binding target protein. For each selected property candidate of the plurality of property candidates, the selected property candidate is used as a model input to predict properties for one or more other amino acid positions into a corresponding candidate set of properties. The corresponding candidate sets are evaluated using a binding quality evaluation. Based on the evaluation, one of the plurality of property candidates is selected as a determined result property of the selected amino acid position. The determined result property is used as a model input to predict a plurality of candidates for a property of a different selected amino acid position included in the binder protein.

  • Publication number: 20250179583
Abstract: Differential methylation profiles of a panel of genes are identified from colorectal carcinoma tissues of colorectal cancer patients compared to normal colon mucosal tissue or to white blood cells from healthy subjects. A high methylation level of cytosines at CpG dinucleotide sites (in CpG-rich regions) of the panel of genetic loci are further validated in plasma cell-free DNA as signature markers indicative of colorectal cancer, which is useful for early stage detection of colorectal cancer and monitoring of disease progression. This panel of genetic loci include genes MAP3K14-AS1, DNM1P46, EMBP1, GATM, VSV2, LAYN, and SFMBT2, which individually or in combination can complement SEPT9-based assays in improving sensitivity and/or specificity in the detection of colorectal cancer. Assay methods and reagents for detection of the presence and levels of methylation of the marker genetic loci are also provided.

  • Patent number: 12242987
Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for determining users, tasks, and levels of expertise in fabrication environments. Sensors may be placed in a fabrication environment, instrumented in tools, and/or worn on users. Given labeled features extracted from sensor data, machine learning techniques are used to train models to recognize users, tasks, and levels of expertise. The trained models may then be deployed to determine the users, tasks, and levels of expertise in a fabrication environment based on features extracted from new sensor data. In turn, actions such as displaying guidance or instructional materials, or locking a user out of using certain tools or parts of the fabrication environment, may be taken.

  • Publication number: 20240118112
Abstract: A contact-based inductive sensing technique for contextual interactions on interactive fabrics is described. The technique recognizes conductive objects (mainly metallic) that are commonly found in households and workplaces, such as keys, coins, and electronic devices. An apparatus includes an array of a plurality of six by six spiral-shaped coils including conductive thread, sewn onto a four-layer fabric structure. The coil shape parameters were determined based on maximizing the sensitivity based on a new inductance approximation formula. Through a ten-participant study, the performance of sensing technique across 27 common objects was evaluated. A 93.9% real-time accuracy for object recognition resulted.
