The end plate and the side plate define an accommodating area, and the plurality of cells are sequentially arranged in the accommodating area. The side plate is provided with an avoidance notch configured to avoid a crossbeam or longitudinal beam of a lower casing, and the cells are arranged to avoid a position in the accommodating area corresponding to the avoidance notch, so that the battery module is mounted across the crossbeam or the longitudinal beam of the lower casing.

    Abstract: A method for improving wheat resistance to Fusarium head blight (FHB) by genome editing is provided, and further provided is use of TaCIPK14 protein or related biomaterial thereto in the regulation of plant resistance to FHB; the TaCIPK14 protein is TaCIPK14-4A protein (SEQ ID NO: 4), TaCIPK14-4B protein (SEQ ID NO: 5), and/or TaCIPK14-4D protein (SEQ ID NO: 6). TaCIPK14 knockout mutant plants are successfully obtained by simultaneously editing three alleles of TaCIPK14 in wheat using CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing technology. The TaCIPK14 knockout mutant shows resistance to inoculation with FHB pathogens, and the results of evaluation of major agronomic traits confirm that the TaCIPK14 knockout mutant reserves the major agronomic traits.

    Abstract: A method for detecting clarity of a thyroid nodule boundary, a system thereof, an electronic device and a medium are provided. The method includes: calculating an aspect ratio coefficient; calculating an inner and outer ring difference coefficient according to an intensity average of an outer ring image and an inner ring image; segmenting the outer ring image and the inner ring image into four parts; obtaining a four-partitioning intensity difference coefficient according to the intensity average of each segmented outer ring image and each segmented inner ring image; inputting a preprocessed image into a trained Thy-Enet deep neural network to obtain the probability that the thyroid nodule boundary is clear; and inputting the aspect ratio coefficient, the inner and outer ring difference coefficient, the four-partitioning intensity difference coefficient and the probability into a trained multi-layer perceptron model to obtain a determination result of the thyroid nodule boundary.

    Abstract: Dysbiosis has been linked to diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease and obesity. Multi-omics studies have uncovered significant associations between microbiota genes and diseases. Many of these genes are exclusively expressed in non-model microbes such as Firmicutes/Clostridia. A pipeline for building microbial genetic manipulation systems would be a first step to manipulating these genes in vivo and causally connecting them with host diseases. The present technology relates generally to compositions and the methods of preparations thereof for genetically engineering gut-microbiota in vitro. The present technology further relates to uses of compositions in vivo.

    Abstract: A broad-spectrum disease resistance-related protein derived from wheat and related biomaterials and use thereof are provided. The protein is selected from the group consisting of A1) a protein with the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1; A2) a protein having more than 80% identity to, having a same function as the protein with the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1, and obtained by substitutions and/or deletions and/or additions of amino acid residues thereof; and A3) a fusion protein with a same function obtained by joining a tag at N-terminus and/or C-terminus of A1) or A2). The TaCNGC5.1 overexpression lines showed significantly improved disease resistance, thus suggesting that TaCNGC5.1 may play an important role in breeding plants with improved resistance to stripe rust.

According to a width and a height of the roadway section of the main roadway, a support formwork is forged in advance, and after the support formwork is placed in the main roadway, backfilling slurry is injected to the periphery of the support formwork. In some instances, a plurality of sequential image frames that are extracted from a video file (including video content created through the use of Augmented Reality) are converted into a grayscale format. Once these image files are converted to a grayscale format, a two-dimensional (2D) entropy process is performed that is ultimately used to create a set of user-defined clusters, with each of these user-defined clusters being associated with at least a sub-set set of the grayscale frames.
