  • Publication number: 20090302490
Abstract: An injection molding system includes an injection mold set to form injection molded products through repeated injection molding, and a printing device to press a film coated with colors onto an intermediate injection molded product to print the colors onto the intermediate injection molded product. The intermediate injection molded product is printed with the colors coated onto the film to shorten a printing time and semipermanently conserve a printed figure. Further, even if the film is deviated slightly from a predetermined correct position, printing a desired figure correctly on the intermediate injection molded product is possible.

  • Patent number: 7584818
Abstract: Disclosed is an electric power steering apparatus including a steering shaft connected to a steering wheel of an automobile; a reduction shaft adapted to engage with the steering shaft and rotate; a direction sensor having a transmitter and a receiver; a rotation member formed on an end of the reduction shaft and positioned between the transmitter and the receiver; a motor for supplying steering power; a motor position sensor positioned on the motor to sense a rotational angle of a motor shaft; and an electronic control unit adapted to receive electric signals from the direction sensor and the motor position sensor, respectively, and calculate a steering angle. The electric power steering apparatus is equipped with a steering angle sensor adapted to sense an absolute steering angle using a direction sensor for sensing the rotational direction of a steering shaft and a motor position sensor for sensing the rotational position of a motor shaft. This reduces the manufacturing cost of the steering apparatus.

  • Publication number: 20070129192
Abstract: Disclosed is a motor-driven steering system capable of easily adjusting tension. The motor-driven steering system comprises a driven pulley connected to a driving pulley of the motor through a belt, a gear housing for surrounding the driven pulley, a motor housing rotatably connected to the gear housing by means of a hinge shaft, and a guide formed at one side portion of the gear housing. The distance between the driving pulley and the driven pulley is adjusted by rotating the motor housing relative to the gear housing, thereby providing the motor-driven steering system having a simple construction and capable of easily adjusting the tension of the belt.
