Abstract: There are provided a conductive paste composition for internal electrodes and a multilayer ceramic electronic component including the same. The conductive paste composition includes: a metal powder; and a refractory metal oxide powder having a smaller average grain diameter than the metal powder and a higher melting point than the metal powder. The conductive paste composition can raise the sintering shrinkage temperature of the internal electrodes and improve the connectivity of the internal electrodes.

Abstract: A conductive paste for an internal electrode of a multilayer ceramic electronic component capable of restraining a generation of cracks by reducing internal stress, and a multilayer ceramic electronic component fabricated by using the same are provided. The conductive paste for an internal electrode of a multilayer ceramic electronic component includes: 100 parts by weight of a conductive metal powder; and 0.6 to 2.4 parts by weight of an organic binder. The use of the conductive paste can reduce internal stress of a multilayer ceramic electronic component, thus restraining a generation of cracks therein in the multilayer ceramic electronic component.

Abstract: A method and system is provided for generating digital content using text-to-speech (TTS) conversion. A predetermined script is selected using a portable terminal or user personal computer (PC). A format for converting the selected script into an audio data file is determined. The selected script is generated into the audio data file according to the determined conversion format of the audio data file using a TTS engine provided to at least one of the user PC and a web server.

The conductive paste composition includes a metal powder, a dispersant made of an acrylic polymer having a weight average molecular weight of 500 to 5,000, and at least one organic binder selected from a group consisting of a polyvinylbutyral resin and a cellulose resin. The conductive paste composition for an internal electrode has superior dispersibility of the metal powder in the paste.

Abstract: There are provided a ceramic paste composition for a multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC), a multilayer ceramic capacitor comprising the same, and methods of manufacturing the same. The ceramic paste composition for the MLCC includes: a ceramic powder, a first phosphate ester-based dispersant and a second dispersant salt-bonded by a fatty acid and an alkyl amine; a binder including polyvinyl butyral and ethyl cellulose; and a solvent. The ceramic paste composition ceramic powder has a small average particle-diameter and the ceramic powder in the paste has excellent dispersibility.

According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a method of manufacturing a ceramic paste for multilayer ceramic electronic components, including: manufacturing a primary mixture in a slurry state by deagglomerating a primary mixture including a ceramic powder and a first solvent; forming the primary mixture into a wet cake state by volatilizing the first solvent; and forming a secondary mixture in a paste state by mixing and dispersing a second solvent having a higher viscosity than that of the first solvent in the primary mixture in the wet cake state.

Abstract: An antenna for a mobile terminal for improving SAR and HAC characteristics is disclosed. The disclosed antenna may include: a first conductive line electrically connected to a feeding point; a second conductive line separated from the first conductive line at a designated distance and electrically connected to a ground; a third conductive line extending from the second conductive line; and a coupling branch separated from the third conductive line and electrically connected to a ground, where coupling matching and coupling feeding occur between the first conductive line and the second conductive line, and the second conductive line and the third conductive line operate as a radiator. The disclosed antenna can enable impedance matching for a broader band and can improve SAR and HAC characteristics.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for preparing metal powder, which includes the steps of: providing a base substrate; forming a pattern layer, having a concave-convex pattern of a predetermined shape, on the base substrate; forming a metal film separated from the pattern layer by the concave-convex pattern; and separating the metal film from the pattern layer, thereby naturally patterning the metal film in the predetermined shape, and a method for manufacturing inner electrodes of a multilayer ceramic capacitor using the same.

Abstract: A touch screen device and a method of operation are provided. The device and method allow for scrolling and selection of files from a file list, and for skipping or reversing an execution order of the selected files simply by performing a drag on a touch screen. The method of selecting files on the touch screen device includes detecting a diagonal drag on a screen, selecting file(s) included within a corresponding range, and skipping file(s) within the range. The method may also include changing an execution order of the selected file(s) when a drag with a return trajectory is detected. The method may also include scrolling through the file list in accordance with a direction and speed of the drag. The device and method allows a plurality of files to be selected and skipped at a time, and a desired file to be rapidly and easily located.
