    Abstract: The present invention provides a movable vehicle. The movable vehicle comprises a carrying mechanism and a holding mechanism connected to the carrying mechanism, and the bottom of the carrying mechanism is provided with wheels, wherein the movable vehicle further comprises a starting mechanism arranged on the holding mechanism, the starting mechanism comprising a starting unit, a power supply unit, and a controller. The starting unit is configured to be switchable between an initial position and a start position. The controller is configured to be electrically connectable to the power supply unit, wherein when the starting unit is in the start position, the starting unit is coupled to the controller to activate the electrical connection between the controller and the power supply unit, and when the starting unit is in the initial position, the starting unit is decoupled from the controller.

    Abstract: The present application relates to a method for making silicon epitaxy of a FDSOI device, which includes the following steps: providing a semiconductor structure; sequentially forming a first etch stop layer and an etch reaction layer on a surface of the semiconductor structure; performing an etching operation to the etch reaction layer to form a sidewall structure respectively; filling a second etch stop layer in a space between the sidewall structures at the position of the trench; etching the sidewall structures and the first etch stop layer under the sidewall structures to form a groove structure; removing the second etch stop layer and the remaining first etch stop layer; enabling a silicon substrate at the positions of the trench and the groove structure to epitaxially grow upwards to form epitaxial silicon, the epitaxial silicon being in flush with a top silicon layer.

    Abstract: A method is provided for measuring the impedance of a pH sensor electrode. The method includes applying a positive voltage pulse to the pH electrode and taking a plurality of samples of the sensor voltage response and, from those samples, estimating the impedance of the sensor electrode. Then, a negative voltage pulse width is dynamically adjusted to cancel out the induced charges from the positive voltage on the pH sensor so that the sensor quickly recovers to read subsequent media pH levels.

A coefficient of the inverse proportional function includes a term that is functionally related to a lateral offset between the autonomous mobile device and the target point, where the lateral offset is associated with an orientation of the target point.

    Abstract: A correction to an error of overlay measurement which accounts for target structure asymmetry using a neural network is described. According to embodiments, an overlay measurement accuracy can be improved by accounting for multiple and/or asymmetric perturbations in the target structure. A trained neural network is described which generates a correction value for overlay measurement based on a measure of asymmetry. Based on an as-measured overlay measurement, which may not account for target structure asymmetry, and the correction value, a true overlay measurement is determined-which can exhibit improved accuracy and reduced uncertainty versus uncorrected values.
