  • Publication number: 20090315427
Abstract: A stator coil of a slotless motor is disclosed in which the stator coil is formed in such a manner that respective both distal ends of two unit coil bodies, each unit coil body arranged to face each other, are respectively coupled to form a plurality of circular coil bodies, each circular coil body having a different inner diameter, and a circular coil body having a smaller inner diameter is sequentially inserted into an inner side of a circular coil body having a larger inner diameter, whereby a horizontal width of the plurality of unit coil bodies of U, V and W phases is equal there among to cause the strength of the magnetic field of U, V and W phases to be equal, and to allow the stator to be accurately manufactured, thereby catering to a designer's intention and markedly simplifying the assembly processes.

  • Patent number: 7205697
Abstract: A claw-pole PM stepping motor includes a module that is formed in such a manner that a first driving unit and a second driving unit are symmetrically arranged with respect to a first claw-pole and a second claw-pole each oppositely disposed at a main yoke member internally disposed to substantially divide an inside of a housing, an inner portion of which is rotatably inserted and supported by a rotary shaft, and the first driving unit and the second driving unit have magnet rotors coaxially arranged to generate electromagnetic force; sub-yoke members; and coil bobbins. The claw-pole PM stepping motor is exempted from a structure where coil bobbins are concentrically arranged at a periphery of magnet rotors, and instead the coil bobbins are coaxially arranged and shifted from each other from the corresponding magnet rotors, such that a miniaturized motor with a reduced outer diameter can be embodied.

  • Patent number: 6118988
Abstract: A transmission power control system and method is provided that controls the magnitude of transmission power in proportion to the distance between a base station and a mobile station. The transmission power control system provides the exact transmission power by compensating for an error between a real gain and a gain controlled value according to the magnitude of the transmission power. The transmission power control system can be used, for example, in a mobile phone. The transmission power control system can include a transmission part, a mobile station modem, a power detector, a gain difference controlling part and a power amplifier controlling part. The transmission part outputs a transmission power signal in accordance with input signals. The power detector transforms the transmission power signal into a DC voltage. The mobile station modem outputs a first and second gain control values, respectively, based on the DC voltage.

  • Patent number: 5957654
Abstract: A lead frame unloading apparatus includes a pair of opposing plate members, one of which has a long horizontal slit. The opposing plate members define a central space where one or more sliding blocks are located, each of the sliding blocks having a vertical through hole at its center. A picker penetrates through the vertical hole within each respective sliding block, each picker is immobilized when it contacts a lead frame for pickup thereby allowing the sliding block to move vertically up and down on the immobilized pickers, each of the pickers having a vacuum suction device at one end thereof, and a vacuum screw at the other end thereof. The vacuum screw has a hollow projection connected to a vacuum supplier. A spring is disposed beneath respective of the one or more sliding blocks, with the spring being fitted to an outside of the vacuum suction device. Spring stoppers support the springs and fastening devices fasten the one or more sliding blocks to the opposing plate members.
