Patent number: 11133716Abstract: To realize a vertical type wireless charging device capable of detecting a metal foreign object. The wireless charging device comprises a holder, a power transmission coil, a thermal sensor, a controller, and a warning device. The power transmission coil is disposed outside the side part of the holder. The thermal sensor is disposed at the bottom part of the holder. When the temperature rising rate is not less than 20° C. per five minutes, the controller judges that a metal foreign object exists between the power transmission coil and the electronic device, and the foreign object generates unusual heat. The controller stops wireless charging from the power transmission coil to the electronic device. The controller starts the warning device to alert the user that a foreign object is mixed in the holder and generates unusual heat.Type: GrantFiled: June 17, 2020Date of Patent: September 28, 2021Assignee: TOYODA GOSEI CO., LTD.Inventors: Makoto Sato, Jun Imai, Toru Kanto

Publication number: 20120282855Abstract: A first conversion unit (201) converts a signal from a time domain to a frequency domain. A signal extraction unit (202) extracts common channel information included in the signal which has been converted by the first conversion unit (201). A signal substitution unit (207) restores the common channel information which has been extracted by the signal extraction unit (202). An addition unit (208) substitutes the common channel information which has been restored by the signal substitution unit (207) for the common channel information included in the signal which has been converted by the first conversion unit (201). A second conversion unit (209) converts the signal including the common channel information substituted, which has been converted by the first conversion unit (201), from the frequency domain to the time domain.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 13, 2011Publication date: November 8, 2012Applicant: Panasonic CorporationInventors: Richol Ku, Yuta Seki, Takayuki Sotoyama, Yukinori Amao, Tomoaki Shimizu, Yasuo Yokouchi, Jun Imai

Publication number: 20120213254Abstract: Provided is a communication capacity evaluating apparatus whereby the communication capacity can be grasped and the necessity of changing the content of a dead spot measure after the placement of a relay apparatus can be eliminated. In the communication capacity evaluating apparatus, a system information analyzing unit (121) acquires, from a received signal, used-band information of the communication using a MIMO mode. An S/N calculating unit (122) analyzes the received signal to determine a signal-to-noise ratio. A channel estimating unit (123) analyzes the received signal to determine a channel matrix. A throughput limit calculating unit (124) calculates the limit value of the communication capacity on the basis of the used-band information, information about the number of transmission antennas of a base station (180), information about the number of reception antennas of a radio relay apparatus (100) stored in advance, the signal-to-noise ratio and the channel matrix.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 29, 2010Publication date: August 23, 2012Applicant: PANASONIC CORPORATIONInventors: Yasuo Yokouchi, Jun Imai, Tomoaki Shimizu, Yukinori Amao, Richol Ku, Takayuki Sotoyama

Publication number: 20090280511Abstract: An objective of the present invention is to provide methods for selecting candidate peptides presented on the surface of cancer cells following binding to MHC class I molecules, wherein the peptides are involved in the stimulation of T cell immunity (cellular immunity). The present inventors discovered a new principle of MHC I-mediated antigen presentation in which a T cell antigen epitope is more efficiently presented on MHC I molecules when it is positioned at the N-terminal side than when positioned at the C-terminal side.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 25, 2008Publication date: November 12, 2009Applicants: Medical and Biological Laboratories Co., Ltd., Keio UniversityInventors: Ichiro Yahara, Shigeo Koyasu, Jun Imai

Publication number: 20080194020Abstract: The present inventors worked on elucidating the mechanism of antigen cross-presentation by dendritic cells, and revealed that foreign antigens taken up in dendritic cells are degraded by proteasomes after undergoing polyubiquitination. Based on the novel finding that polyubiquitination is involved in cross-presentation, the promotion of polyubiquitination was attempted by a number of methods, and the promotion of antigen presentation was confirmed. These methods enable the production of dendritic cells effective for inducing CTL activation.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 2, 2005Publication date: August 14, 2008Applicants: Medical and Biological Laboratories Co., Ltd., Keio UniversityInventors: Jun Imai, Mikako Maruya, Shigeo Koyasu, Hironori Hasegawa, Ichiro Yahara

Publication number: 20080064048Abstract: The present inventors worked on elucidating the mechanism of antigen cross-presentation by dendritic cells, and revealed that foreign antigens taken up in dendritic cells are degraded by proteasomes after undergoing polyubiquitination. They discovered a positive correlation between the uptake amount of an antigenic protein by dendritic cells or the level of polyubiquitination and the level of antigen presentation of the antigenic protein. Based on these findings, methods were developed for predicting the intensity of cross-presentation of an anti genic protein by measuring the amount of antigenic protein taken up or polyubiquitinated protein. The use of these methods allows selecting antigenic proteins that are readily presented as antigens from among a number of proteins. The methods of the present invention enable suitable cancer immune vaccines to be provided through selection of more suitable cancer-specific proteins.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 2, 2005Publication date: March 13, 2008Inventors: Jun Imai, Mikako Maruya, Shigeo Koyasu, Hironori Hasegawa, Ichiro Yahara
