The client control device is connected to a display device and an operation device, receives information for designating a partial area of an entire image capable of being generated from the original image information from the operation device, transmits the received information to the image information providing device, and displays an image based on information received from the image information providing device on the display device.

    Abstract: The present inventors have found microRNAs which are strongly associated with stabilization of NRF2 in tumors, and an object of the present invention is to provide means for utilizing such miRNAs for the diagnosis and treatment of cancer. The inventors conducted screening of 470 microRNAs in a microRNA library by use of HeLa cells. As a result, 8 miRNAs each exhibiting a large decrease in miRNA activity as compared with a control miRNA, and 8 miRNAs each exhibiting a large increase in miRNA activity as compared with a control miRNA, were identified. The inventors have found that the NRF2 activation in the living body, in particular tumor cells, can be detected by use of the thus-identified miRNAs, whereby malignancy of a tumor, or the like can be differentiated. The inventors have also found that a nucleic acid including a miRNA sequence associated with reduction in the aforementioned ARE activity can be used as a cancer therapeutic agent.

Re-acceleration performance of the vehicle under a high travel load as in a case when the vehicle travels uphill while towing another vehicle is thereby improved.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an ophthalmic composition comprising a hyperbranched polyester. The ophthalmic compositions may also comprise carbonic anhydrase inhibitors, wherein the hyperbranched polyester increases the aqueous solubility of the carbonic anhydrase inhibitor, and increases corneal permeation of the active agent. The ophthalmic compositions may also comprise non-ionic surfactants, such as PEG, Polysorbate, HPMC or HEC, and beta-blockers, such as Carteolol, Levobunolol, Betaxolol, Metipranolol, Timolol or Propranolol. The concentration of the hyperbranched polyester in the ophthalmic formulation should be less than or equal to 4% (w/v) in order to avoid any cytotoxic effects on human corneal cells and thus the eye irritation.
