    Abstract: Provided are a grounding impedance measurement circuit and a grounding impedance measurement method. The grounding impedance measurement circuit detects a power supply voltage of an isolated alternating current power supply by means of disposing a power supply voltage detection circuit between a live wire and a neutral wire at the isolated alternating current power supply. Furthermore, by forming an alternating current positive half-cycle detection branch and an alternating current negative half-cycle detection branch between the live wire and the neutral wire at the isolated alternating current power supply as well as between a live wire and a neutral wire at a power wire of an electrical device, the grounding impedance value of the live wire and the grounding impedance value of the neutral wire can be accurately detected, such that an output line having an abnormal grounding impedance can be quickly identified.

The method includes performing a first runtime swath of a plurality of runtime dies, where each runtime frame associated with the first runtime swath includes a high contrast alignment target from the in-situ swath positioning database. The method may include determining one or more offset values for each runtime die based on the plurality of high contrast alignment targets and one or more runtime frames associated with the first runtime swath. The one or more offset values may include an x-offset value and a y-offset value for each die. The method may include adjusting an initial stage position based on the determined one or more offset values prior to performing a second runtime swath.

A list of local physical OT devices running on a remote private network is received from a specific deception appliance on the remote private network. OT device profiles are selected from the OT device database based on the list of local physical OT devices. The selected OT device profiles are transmitted to the specific deception appliance, at the remote private network. The specific deception appliance maintains VM machines for running decoy OT devices, based on the selected OT device profiles, on the remote private network.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a multi-load wireless power transfer system based on high-order Anti-PT symmetry. By introducing a “W-shaped” anti-resonance mode into a basic WPT platform, an effective Anti-PT non-Hermitian system is conveniently constructed. The “level attraction” of the anti-resonance mode is combined with the “level splitting” of the anti-resonance mode and the resonance mode, to study the “level pinning” effect of high-order Anti-PT symmetry. Compared with the traditional resonant WPT, the anti-resonant WPT has higher security, stability, transfer efficiency, and flexibility. Considering the miniaturization and integration of devices, a “meta coil” is designed by using a “synthetic dimension”, and used to construct a high-order Anti-PT symmetric system, thereby achieving multi-load efficient WPT. The new WPT technology based on the “level pinning” effect of high-order Anti-PT symmetry provides a good application research platform for enriching non-Hermitian physics.

In the light-emitting device, an isolation trench is formed from one side of the first semiconductor layer to one side of the second semiconductor layer. A reflective structure is formed on the side wall of the isolation trench and the first semiconductor layer, which helps to reduce light loss and improving the light output efficiency of the device. The isolation trench does not completely penetrate the second semiconductor layer, so that the second semiconductor layer located on the light output surface side is a continuous and uninterrupted integrated structure, and a surface thereof remains flat so that the transparent conductive layer has a flat structure, improving the overall coverage of the transparent conductive layer. The present invention has no cracks, peeling problems, thus improving the electrical stability of the device and increasing the reliability thereof.
