An embodiment of a method for de-noising an image by a convolutional neural network implemented on a compute engine, the image including a plurality of pixels, the method comprising: for each of the plurality of pixels of the image, generating a convolutional kernel having a plurality of kernel values for the pixel; generating a plurality of offsets for the pixel respectively corresponding to the plurality of kernel values, each of the plurality of offsets to indicate a deviation from a pixel position of the pixel; determining a plurality of deviated pixel positions based on the pixel position of the pixel and the plurality of offsets; and filtering the pixel with the convolutional kernel and pixel values of the plurality of deviated pixel positions to obtain a de-noised pixel.

The rectifier converts the AC signal to a positive wave signal. The loading module is disposed at an output of the rectifier. The loading module includes multiple loading units connected in series. Output of each loading unit is connected to a current limit module. Each current limit module has a voltage conductive threshold and a working cycle dispatched to each current limit module according to the positive wave signal. The current supplemental module is connected to an output of the rectifier and an input of the loading module. The current supplemental module charges the current limit module during the working cycle and outputs current to the loading module when the positive wave signal is not sufficient to drive the loading module.

    Abstract: The technology employs a patch-based multi-scale Transformer (300) that is usable with various imaging applications. This avoids constraints on image fixed input size and predicts the quality effectively on a native resolution image. A native resolution image (304) is transformed into a multi-scale representation (302), enabling the Transformer's self-attention mechanism to capture information on both fine-grained detailed patches and coarse-grained global patches. Spatial embedding (316) is employed to map patch positions to a fixed grid, in which patch locations at each scale are hashed to the same grid. A separate scale embedding (318) is employed to distinguish patches coming from different scales in the multiscale representation. Self-attention (508) is performed to create a final image representation. In some instances, prior to performing self-attention, the system may prepend a learnable classification token (322) to the set of input tokens.

A processor computes a feature parameter representative of an alignment between the wire and the beam. The processor determines whether the feature parameter is within the process specifications.

    Abstract: A metalens and a metalens array having a bounded angular field of view are disclosed. The metalens includes a substrate and a two-dimensional (2D) grid over the substrate to divide the substrate into a 2D array of meta-units. Each meta-unit in the 2D array includes a nanostructure and a portion of the substrate that supports the nanostructure. Moreover, each meta-unit is configured with an angular-dependent transmission or reflection coefficient that decreases with an increasing incident angle of an illumination. Moreover, the metalens passes an incident light having an incident angle less than a cutoff angle and rejects an incident light having an incident angle greater than the cutoff angle. The metalens can be used a base unit for constructing a metalens array by tiling copies of the metalens into a 2D array of the metalens to achieve a significantly larger field-of-view.

The second AGC generates the lower part of the virtual address based on the load instruction. The virtual tag array obtains the lower part and selects a set of memory units. The comparator circuit compares the target hash value to a hash value stored in each memory unit of the set of memory units. When the comparator circuit generates the virtual tag miss signal, the comparator circuit transmits the virtual tag miss signal to the reservation station.
