  • Publication number: 20220385207
Abstract: The disclosure provides an inverter device for driving an electric motor, including: an inverter circuit including a plurality of switching elements; and a control circuit controlling the inverter circuit. When a rotation speed of the electric motor is equal to or less than a preset rotation speed threshold and a torque of the electric motor is equal to or greater than a preset torque threshold, the control circuit changes a temperature estimation logic of the switching elements of the inverter circuit.

  • Patent number: 11063545
Abstract: A power conversion device includes a first inverter and a control circuit that controls on/off operations of switches in the first inverter and diagnoses disconnection failures of n-phase windings where n is an integer of three or more. The control circuit generates a control signal to turn on one low-side switch of a first specific phase among n low-side switch in the first inverter, turn off the remaining n?1 low-side switches, and turn off all n high-side switches, supplies the control signal to the n low-side switches and the n high-side switches in a state where a neutral point of a motor is provided, measures n-phase voltages that change depending on patterns of disconnection failures of the n-phase windings, and diagnoses a disconnection failure based on the measured n-phase voltages by referring to a table associating the patterns of the disconnection failures with n-phase voltage levels.

  • Publication number: 20150274197
Abstract: An electronic controller for electric power steering includes a first board, a second board, an insert molded component, a heat sink, and a protective cover. First surface-mounted components are mounted on the first board. Second surface-mounted components having a higher tolerant current capacity than that of the first surface-mounted components are mounted on the second board. The insert molded component includes connectors mounted at a first end portion of the second board and mounted at a second end portion located vertically to the first end portion. The heat sink externally radiates heat transferred from the second surface-mounted component to the second board. The protective cover is fixed to the heat sink to cover the first board and the second board on which the insert molded component is mounted.

  • Publication number: 20050096877
Abstract: The system of the present invention gives a load to a computer system according to load parameter specification from a system administrator, measures a response and a throughput while giving the load to the computer system, then measures a resource situation of each resource while the load is given. Then, it determines load monitoring conditions relating to a monitoring point, a monitoring item and a threshold from results of measuring the response and throughput and the results of measuring the resource situation and performs load monitoring on the determined load monitoring conditions.
