The specific part includes a combination of the software components connected in a predetermined order to perform the second process, the combination corresponding to the kind of the embedded information job.

Abstract: An authentication ticket processing apparatus includes a temporary data storage unit configured to keep user information upon receiving the user information from a user management database for managing user information, the temporary data storage unit allowing access thereto to be performed at higher speed than access to the user management database. In the file server, the meta information is registered with correspondence to an image file of the scanned document, and, based on the meta information, the corresponding image file of the document registered in the file server is submitted in response to a search request given by a terminal other than the business system.

The document management apparatus determines validity of the authentication information contained in the request.
