  • Publication number: 20120282427
Abstract: The present invention relates to a multilayer optical disc having, as an intermediate layer, a cured product layer of an ultraviolet-curable resin composition containing an urethane (meth)acrylate (A) having one or two (meth)acrylate groups in one molecule obtained by reacting a monofunctional or bifunctional organic isocyanate (a) having a molecular weight of 350 or less with a mono(meth)acrylate (b) having a hydroxy group, a (meth)acrylate monomer (B) and a photopolymerization initiator (C), where the content of the (A) component is 5 to less than 40% by weight based on the total amount of the (A) component and the (B) component and the rest is (B), and to a resin composition for said cured product layer.

  • Publication number: 20110201718
Abstract: The UV-curable resin compositions for optical discs are characterized in that they comprise (A) 15-70 wt % of a (meth)acrylate monomer that has an ethylene oxide chain in the molecule, (B) 5-50 wt % of a urethane (meth)acrylate, (C) 2-50 wt % of an epoxy (meth)acrylate, and (D) 1-10 wt % of a photopolymerization initiator, in the resin composition. The glass transition temperature of cured films thereof is 10-65° C., and the maximum value of the dynamic loss factor tan ? of the cured films is in the range of 0.35-0.73.
