  • Publication number: 20230319418
Abstract: A head-mounted display device and a control method for an eye-tracking operation are provided. The head-mounted display device includes a frame, a track, a sensor and a controller. The track is disposed on a peripheral region of the frame. The sensor is disposed on the track, and is configured to capture a target image of a target area. The controller is coupled to the sensor, is configured to generate a control signal according to the target image, and adjust a position of the sensor on the peripheral region by moving the sensor according to the control signal.

  • Publication number: 20230319425
Abstract: A head-mounted display device includes a main body, a first sensor and a second sensor. The first sensor is disposed on a first setting area of the main body. The second sensor is disposed on a second setting area of the main body. The first setting area and the second setting area respectively have a first central point and a second central point, where the first central point and the second central point are disposed on a horizontal axis. There is a first angle between a connection line of the first central point and the first sensor with the horizontal axis, and there is a second angle between a connection line of the second central point and the second sensor with the horizontal axis, where the first angle is different from the second angle.

  • Publication number: 20230297165
Abstract: The embodiments of the disclosure provide a method for determining a two-eye gaze point and a host. The method includes: obtaining a first gaze point of a first eye on a reference plane and obtaining a second gaze point of a second eye on the reference plane; and determining a two-eye gaze point via combining the first gaze point and the second gaze point.

  • Patent number: 10742952
Abstract: A 3D reconstruction method is provided. Positioning signals are received by a signal receiver at a first and a second time spots to determine a HMD displacement vector and a HMD rotation amount. A first and a second images are retrieved by a first camera to determine a first camera rotation amount. A relative rotation amount and a relative displacement vector between the HMD and the first camera are calculated. A first camera displacement vector of the first camera is calculated according to the HMD displacement vector, the HMD rotation amount, the relative rotation amount and the relative displacement vector. Depth information of the first and the second image is obtained based on the first camera displacement vector and the first camera rotation amount. 3D reconstruction is performed according to images retrieved by the first camera and the depth information.

  • Patent number: 10255508
Abstract: An image evaluation method and an electronic apparatus thereof are provided. The method is adapted to the electronic apparatus installed at a vehicle for evaluating whether the vehicle is deviated from a lane, and the electronic apparatus includes at least one image capture unit. The method includes the following steps. An image related to driving environment is obtained by the image capture unit. According to an evaluation criterion, a plurality of candidate pair and corresponding candidate points in the image are evaluated from an arbitrary row of pixels of the image to recognize lane stripes in the image. A corresponding position of a feature portion of the vehicle corresponding to the image is calculated. The corresponding position of the feature portion corresponding to the image is compared with the lane stripes to determine whether the vehicle is towards or crosses over real lane stripes.
