    Abstract: An access network can allocate a bearer for a network service associated with a quality-of-service (QoS) value (QV) and a retention-priority value (RPV), and determine a bearer ID for the service based on the QV, the RPV, and a supplemental priority value (SPV) different from the QV and from the RPV. Upon handover of a terminal, session(s) carried by a bearer allocated by the terminal can be terminated. That bearer can be selected using IDs of the bearers and a comparison function that, given two bearer IDs, determines which respective bearer should be terminated before the other. Upon handover of a terminal to an access network supporting fewer bearers per terminal than the terminal has allocated, a network node can select a bearer based on respective QVs and RPVs of a set of allocated bearers. The network node can deallocate the selected bearer.

The controller receives and samples an output voltage and an output current of the secondary second switching circuit, the output voltage and the output current are compared with a reference value, and a compensation is made, so as to eventually control an on-off time of a switch in the primary switching circuit; and the controller receives and samples an output current of the primary switching circuit, a zero-cross delay is calculated through a zero detection, so as to control an on-off time of a rectification switch in the secondary second switching circuit. One controller is used to flexibly control voltages of two direct current output ports with accurate voltage regulation and strong antijamming capability.

Upon discovery that memory corruption has occurred, the invention may include transmitting a recorded state of the software program as a core dump file to a server, and using a dump utility to identify overlay content of the core dump file. Lastly, the invention may include identifying a possible source program of the memory corruption by matching the PE tables against the illegally-written overlay content.

    Abstract: A power factor correction (PFC) stage of a power supply unit has a PFC circuit including a rectifier circuit, a PFC controller circuit with a PFC switch, a current sensor connected to the PFC switch, a high frequency bypass capacitor connected between the PFC controller circuit and the rectifier circuit, and a bulk storage capacitor connected between the PFC controller circuit and an output of the PFC stage. The PFC stage also has a negative temperature coefficient thermistor connected in series with the PFC switch and the current sensor. During a start-up of the power supply unit, the PFC controller circuit causes the PFC switch to turn-on until the PFC controller circuit causes the PFC switch to turn-off after a current through the current sensor is sensed as being equal to or greater than a preset value.
