  • Patent number: 11967976
Abstract: To reduce data amount while ensuring tactile reproducibility of a two-dimensional tactile signal, and improve the efficiency of a system related to tactile reproduction. Coding is performed to compress information amount by orthogonally transforming a two-dimensional tactile signal based on a time signal. By orthogonally transforming a two-dimensional tactile signal based on a time signal, it is possible to compress information amount by removing frequency components that are difficult for humans to perceive, as in the case of an image signal, for example. Accordingly, it is possible to reduce data amount while ensuring tactile reproducibility of a two-dimensional tactile signal, and improve the efficiency of a system related to tactile reproduction.

Abstract: A switching control circuit for a power supply circuit that includes a transformer including primary and secondary coils, and first and second transistors controlling a current flowing through the primary coil. The power supply circuit generates an output voltage at a target level. The switching control circuit controls switching of the first and second transistors. The switching control circuit includes: a drive signal output circuit configured to output drive signals according to a normal mode, when the output voltage is lower than a first level, and output the drive signals according to a burst mode, when the output voltage is higher than the first level; and a driver circuit configured to switch the first and second transistors in response to the drive signals. The drive signal output circuit reduces a first time period in the burst mode, in response to the output voltage rising above the first level.

  • Publication number: 20230307942
Abstract: A bidirectional chopper selectively performs a charging operation and a discharging operation, the charging operation being an operation in which a part of DC power generated by a converter is stored in a power storage device, the discharging operation being an operation in which DC power of the power storage device is supplied to an inverter. A control circuit controls the bidirectional chopper to perform the discharging operation when a power failure of a power system occurs. The control circuit controls the bidirectional chopper based on a system frequency detected by a frequency detector when the power system is normal. The control circuit controls the bidirectional chopper to perform the charging operation in response to an increase in the system frequency, and to perform the discharging operation in response to a decrease in the system frequency.

  • Publication number: 20230018377
Abstract: A camera captures an image of a region including at least a portion of an operating member and generates image data indicative of the image. A controller acquires the image data from the camera. The controller determines whether an operation of the operating member by an operator is an intentional operation or an unintentional operation based on the image. When the operation of the operating member by the operator is determined to be the intentional operation, the controller controls a work machine according to the operation of the operating member. When the operation of the operating member by the operator is determined to be the unintentional operation, the controller invalidates the operation of the operating member.
