  • Publication number: 20240393312
Abstract: A method for determining odor deterioration and lipid oxidation degree of tilapia during cold storage is provided. Fresh tilapia fillets are collected, cleaned, mixed and minced. A lipid extract is obtained, and divided into multiple lipid samples. The lipid samples are refrigerated for different days and analyzed by a lipidomics technique to obtain lipid oxidation degree and lipid metabolism data. A lipid metabolic network associated with odor is established. The lipid metabolic data is analyzed based on the lipid metabolic network to obtain metabolic markers corresponding to the lipid samples. An evaluation metabolite marker is screened among the metabolic markers. The metabolic status of the lipid samples is analyzed based on the evaluation metabolite marker.

  • Publication number: 20240316136
Abstract: An anesthetic method of the spotted seabass with a plant essential oil includes the following steps. (1) Spotted seabass is acclimated in a water tank for 24 h before anesthesia. The metabolic wastes of the spotted seabass were discharged during acclimatization period. (2) Cinnamomum camphora essential oil, ethanol, and Tween-80 are mixed and dissolved to obtain an emulsified essential oil. (3) The emulsified essential oil is respectively added into a plurality of aquariums. The spotted seabass is transferred into the plurality of aquariums. Concentrations of Cinnamomum camphora essential oils in the plurality of aquariums and anesthesia time of the spotted seabass are recorded. (4) The spotted seabass are captured and placed into an aquarium containing clean water for recovery when the spotted seabass enter the deep anesthesia period. The resuscitation time is recorded when the spotted seabass have no flopping, and swim normally and is active.

  • Publication number: 20240303288
Abstract: Methods, systems, and storage media for determining the similarities of post content for mapping into a hyperspace. In an exemplary method, the disclosure comprises receiving a query at the processor. The method includes determining post data associated with the query. The post data comprises a plurality of posts provided to a social media platform by various users of the platform. The method includes determining, by the processor, a relationship between at least two posts of the plurality of posts. The method includes training, by the processor, a machine language model. The machine language model is based on the query and the relationship between the at least two posts. The method also generates a hyperspace based on the relationship between the at least two posts and the query.
