Abstract: A steroid-cationic lipid compound as represented by formula (I). The LNP prepared from the compound can deliver a bioactive substance to a target cell or organ in an effective and stable manner, and the mRNA LNP prepared from the compound has good levels of stability and transfection efficiency, and can trigger a relatively high specific antibody response and cellular immune response in an animal.

Abstract: A method for detecting tumor tissue boundaries or a tumor stromal cell distribution range, more specifically, a diagnostic or non-diagnostic method for determining the boundaries of a tumor tissue; the boundaries of the tumor tissue are determined by means of determining the boundaries of the tumor stromal cells in the tumor tissue. The present method can more accurately determine the boundaries of tumor tissue, which serves to more accurately instruct the treatment of tumors, especially with respect to surgical treatment.

Abstract: This invention discloses a pharmaceutical formula for arthritis treatment and/or prevention. The formula contains the following raw materials: a selenium-containing inorganic compound and a zinc-containing inorganic compound. The pharmaceutical formula described herein could be manufactured for topic application and provide a faster and safer treatment for various inflammatory joint pains. Pharmacodynamics results show that the invented pharmaceutical formula can significantly reduce the level of inflammatory cytokines in the joint synovial fluid in arthritis rabbit model, and the formulated ointment can achieve better efficacy compared with Voltaren™ (diclofenac) ointment; therefore the proposed formula has promising clinical application.
