Abstract: A system is provided for enabling a user to know, using a terminal device, what quality of data can be transmitted to a communication partner device in real time in a specific area. The system stores correspondence data indicating the correspondence between a quality of data to be communicated and a communication speed required to communicate data having the quality in real time. The system receives position data from various terminal devices indicating the current position of each of the terminal devices, measures a communication speed in data communications made with each of the terminal devices at the position indicated by the position data, and generates communication speed data indicating the results of the measurements. Based on the position data, communication speed data and correspondence data, the system generates communication possibility data indicating what quality of data, in which area, can be communicated in real time with the system by a terminal device.

The system includes a first terminal apparatus used by the request source user and a second terminal apparatus used by the request destination user. The first terminal apparatus displays a moving image captured at a local site by the second terminal apparatus in real time. When the request source user selects an image included in the moving image displayed by the first terminal apparatus, the selected image is displayed on the second terminal apparatus. The request destination user can receive an instruction regarding the object appearing in the image while viewing the image selected by the request source user.

The accepter is configured to accept each of request information related to a request of the experience from the request user terminal and execution information related to performing the experience from the execution user terminal. The experience sharing determiner is configured to determine the experience to be shared between the request user terminal and the execution user terminal based on the request information and the execution information. The information acquirer is configured to acquire shared information when the shared information including a voice or an image to share the experience is acquired by the execution user terminal. The distributor is configured to distribute the shared information to the request user terminal.
