Abstract: A method for preparing an emergency call, a device for preparing an emergency call, and a storage medium are presented. The method includes detecting that a user of a device has initiated an emergency call, obtaining an indication of a current geographical location of the device, and, in response to the detecting and based on the obtained indication, selecting an emergency number to be called for the emergency call.

Abstract: During the transition period from 4G and long-term evolution (LTE) to 5G technology, for 5G capable user equipment (UE), it is preferred to utilize non-standalone (NSA) cells that support 5G technology rather than LTE only cells. To enable such preference, a fingerprint database recording known neighboring NSA cells to LTE only cells and a flag for identifying NSA cells in the acquisition database of the UE can be used to prioritize searching for NSA cells on startup and to expedite reselection to an NSA cell when camping on LTE only cells. To avoid excess battery drain when camping on LTE only cells since searching for cells consumes significant power of the UE, a series of timers and a counter can be used to disable the NSA preferred feature if an NSA cell is not found after a reasonable search while camping on the LTE only cell.

Abstract: A rotary barbeque apparatus with a forward-reverse motor includes a machine, a cover, a barbeque tray, an electric heating tray, a temperature detection device, and a barbeque rack. A drive motor is installed at an end of the barbeque rack. The temperature detection device includes a temperature sensor and a temperature control device. The temperature sensor transmits a detected temperature to the temperature control device through a transmission cable. The drive motor is a forward-reverse motor. The temperature sensor is a probe directly inserted into a barbeque food for detecting the temperature of the barbeque food, so that a user may determine whether or not the food is cooked to effectively prevent the barbeque food from producing harmful chemical substances by a too-high temperature. To prevent damaging the transmission cable of the temperature sensor in the rotation of the barbeque rack, a forward-reverse rotating drive motor is adopted.

The method uses the system. Before the assembly of the vehicle lifter is completed, the system may carry out a loading test for the lifting unit and verify the function and static strength of the lifting unit, facilitating the test and saving cost.
