Abstract: A transfer unit of a transfer apparatus includes a battery that is a power source of respective components, a suction mechanism that is a suction source of a transfer pad, a release mechanism that is an air source of the transfer pad, and a water supply mechanism that causes circulation of water stored in a water reservoir, which are all provided inside a housing of the transfer unit. This eliminates the need to externally supply the transfer unit with electric power, water, and air, and hence, the transfer unit does not include wires and pipes that are routed externally from the transfer unit and an accommodating member for accommodating the wires and pipes. Consequently, generation of dust due to rubbing between the accommodating member and the wires and pipes can be suppressed.

Abstract: A sealed case includes an elongated trunk member including an overlapped part made by overlapping parts of an inside end portion and an outside end portion apart from each other in a vertical axis direction of a sheet material and first and second end portions each provided with an opening and apart from each other. The overlapped part has a fixing area to fix the inside and outside end portions. First and second cover members are fixed to the first and second open end portions of the trunk member, closing the openings.

Abstract: A heat insulating cup comprises a cup body and a protective cover. The cup body has side wall and a bottom wall. The protective cover is adhered to the cup body to cover the entire outer circumferential region of the side wall. The upper end portion of the side wall is folded outward along the open upper circumferential edge of the cup body to form a flange portion. The protective cover comprises an embossed paper sheet having a dotted pattern of embossed points and a paper liner board adhered to the embossed paper sheet. The embossed paper sheet has a basis weight of 50 to 180 g/m.sup.2, with the liner board having a basis weight of 180 to 270 g/m.sup.2. A laminate structure prepared by adhering the liner board to the embossed paper sheet is die-cut to prepare a blank of the protective cover. The blank is adhered to the side wall of the cup body such that the both side end regions of the wound blank are arranged opposite each other.

Abstract: A liquid container having a carton and an inner bag within the carton, the carton having foldable portions, wherein a metering unit of a cap attached to a spout does not interfere with the foldable portion to thereby permit a liquid in the container to be metered. The carton has an upper side tilted plate from which the spout protrudes outward. Each foldable portion is provided between the tilted plate and each of a front plate and a rear plate which cooperates with a pair of side plates to constitute a barrel of the carton. Each foldable portion has a cutout therein to avoid interference with the metering unit.

Abstract: The present application is directed to a package material for microwave cooking which is obtained by integrally laminating a microwave heating element, which generates heat when irradiated with microwave, to a base material to form a sheet; and providing, on the sheet, many slits in the form of broken lines, in parallel, and in alternation between the adjacent ones.
