  • Publication number: 20240189943
Abstract: A conversion element converts a beam profile of a laser beam that is supplied from outside and emitted from a nozzle. A holder holds the conversion element. The holder is connected to a tip end of a shaft. An actuator moves the shaft such that the conversion element enters a luminous flux of the laser beam and retracts therefrom. A first flow path that enables a fluid that is a refrigerant to flow from a base side of the shaft toward a holder side of the shaft is formed inside the shaft, and a second flow path that enables the fluid flowing through the first flow path to return from the holder side of the shaft to the base side is formed inside the shaft.

  • Publication number: 20230166354
Abstract: A skid state determination device is a skid state determination device for determining a state of a plurality of skids for supporting a workpiece to be processed by a laser processing machine, with a supporting surface formed by top points of a plurality of protrusions, and includes: imaging means configured to be able to image at least a part of a skid table provided with the plurality of skids; and state determination means configured to determine the state of the skids based on image information obtained by imaging the skid table with the imaging means, and the state determination means executes: first determination processing for determining the state of the skids based on the image information obtained by imaging the skid table with the imaging means, before the workpiece is carried onto the skid table; and second determination processing for determining the state of the skids based on the image information obtained by imaging the skid table with the imaging means, after the workpiece is carried out from

  • Publication number: 20230145893
Abstract: A workpiece support member for a thermal processing machine is installed on a workpiece support table to support a workpiece to be thermally processed, and includes a base member and a supporting member. The base member is formed of a plate-like member in a horizontally long shape, and provided with a plurality of protruding supporting member attachment parts at predetermined distance intervals on an upper part thereof. The supporting member is formed of a plate-like member in a horizontally long shape, and is installed in an attachable and removable state with a lower side thereof fitted alternately to a front surface and a rear surface of each of the adjacent supporting member attachment parts of the base member.

  • Publication number: 20220379413
Abstract: A thermal processing machine, for example, a laser processing machine includes a workpiece support table in which a workpiece to be processed is mounted. In the workpiece support table, a plurality of workpiece support members are arranged. Each workpiece support member is formed of carbon fibers in a plurality of different directions and has a long plate shape. The workpiece support member has an upper end part formed with triangular or trapezoidal protrusions. In place of the workpiece support member formed with the triangular or trapezoidal protrusions, a workpiece support member having an upper side formed in a continuous wave shape including a curve may be provided.

  • Publication number: 20220072654
Abstract: A laser machining apparatus includes a laser oscillator, a laser machining head including a housing, first and second optical elements configured to change a beam profile of a laser beam supplied into the housing to first and second beam profiles, a selector driving member configured to move each of the first and second optical elements between an advanced position and a retracted position relative to a luminous flux, and a control device configured to control the selector driving member to selectively shift to a first mode to maintain the first and second optical elements at the retracted position, a second mode to maintain only the first optical element at the advanced position, and a third mode to maintain only the second optical element at the advanced position, the control device being configured to stop the laser beam when the first and second optical elements move.
