  • Patent number: 11761859
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a self-adaption faster-than-real-time method for estimating a working condition start-up state of a unit. Firstly, an event recording sequence, an analog measurement point ID, an analog measurement point first-level alarm value and a history scatter point distribution record are read from a time sequence event record table, an analog measurement point table, an alarm threshold table and a historical scatter record table. A measured value slope of the analog measurement point is calculated according to an event recording relative time. Then, an abnormal state estimated value is calculated based on the history scatter point distribution record, the analog measurement point first-level alarm value and the measured value slope of the analog measurement point. Finally, a pre-warning is sent to remind a watchman to perform a preventive operation when the abnormal state estimated value is above the threshold.

  • Patent number: 11708021
Abstract: A small-sized vehicle-mounted projector light system including an illuminating module having a light source, a collimating lens and a film arranged in sequence, and an imaging module; the imaging module includes a curved reflector being a concave mirror with positive focal power, and a first imaging lens. The main optical axis of the illuminating module passes through the reflective surface of the curved reflector, on one side of which the first imaging lens is positioned. The invention ensures an appropriate size of an one-way dimension, no consequence of the limited space within automobile structure during installation and design, and conveniency for arrangement; the curved reflector has positive focal power and can perfect focusing, not only ensuring good projection effect, but also decreasing the number of lenses with positive focal power in the system, and effectively reduce the volume and weight of the system.

  • Publication number: 20220317646
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a self-adaptive test method for an intelligent prediction algorithm of analog measured values. Firstly, an event recording sequence, an analog measurement point ID and an analog measurement point alarm value are read from a time sequence event record table, an analog measurement point table and an alarm threshold table. Next, operation records of a normal operation state of a unit within a statistical cycle are acquired to form historical statistics of measured values of the analog measurement point based on switching value signals. Then, simulated measured values of the analog measurement point with time scales are calculated based on the historical statistics, the analog measurement point alarm value and an analog measurement point current measured value. Finally, sensitivity is calculated; and an alarm is sent to remind a technician to adjust the algorithm when the sensitivity is greater than a threshold.

  • Publication number: 20130035870
Abstract: To improve the measurement accuracy of an air analyzer, a method of introducing position information to group and average a set of position-dependent air quality samples is proposed. The method comprises the steps of sampling the air at a first sampling rate to obtain a plurality of air quality samples by using a first sensor; sampling the positions of an apparatus at a second sampling rate to obtain a plurality of position samples; analyzing the plurality of position samples to obtain a plurality of spatial relationship information; grouping the plurality of air quality samples into a second plurality of air quality sample sets; and for each air quality sample set, calculating a representative value as the air quality value of a corresponding sampling duration. By using this method, non-position-relevant air quality samples can be excluded from the calculation of the air quality of a specific position or area.

  • Publication number: 20120163022
Abstract: This invention relates to an illumination apparatus. The illumination apparatus comprises a light guide plate and a light source configured to emit light into the light guide plate through a first surface, and the light guide plate comprises a concentrator configured to direct incident light in the light guide plate so as to radiate in a direction substantially parallel to a preset plane. The preset plane is perpendicular to any one of the top surface and bottom surface of the light guide plate, and intersects the first surface and a second surface of the light guide plate or intersects the first surface and one of the side surfaces at an angle that is substantially larger than the critical angle of a total reflection. In this way, unwanted light loss in the light guide plate is reduced, and the distribution of the light intensity or luminance along the light guide plate is improved, i.e., a substantially uniform distribution of the light intensity can be achieved.
