  • Publication number: 20070255030
Abstract: Provided is a shaped article for clean rooms comprising a resin composition prepared by melt-kneading 100 parts by weight of a cyclic olefin polymer (A) having a glass transition temperature of from 60 to 200° C., from 1 to 150 parts by weight of a flexible copolymer (B) prepared by polymerizing at least two monomers selected from a group consisting of olefins, dienes and aromatic vinyl-hydrocarbons, and having a glass transition temperature of 0° C. or lower, from 0.001 to 1 part by weight of a radical initiator (C), and from 0 to 1 part by weight of a polyfunctional compound (D) having at least two radical-polymerizable functional groups in the molecule. The shaped article for clean rooms has good chemical resistance, heat resistance and dimensional accuracy, it is inhibited from releasing a volatile component around it, and it has good abrasion resistance and is inhibited from producing particles.

  • Patent number: 5169531
Abstract: In a fuel filtering device for a fuel pump (6) which is arranged in a liquid fuel tank (1) of vehicles and feeds the liquid fuel to an engine, a noise diffusing member (16, 17, 18) is provided at a suction opening (15a) of the fuel pump, to diffuse a noise, which is emitted out of the fuel pump, toward predetermined directions except a direction toward the bottom of the fuel tank.

  • Patent number: 5084166
Abstract: In a fuel filtering device for a fuel pump (6) which is arranged in a liquid fuel tank (1) of vehicles and feeds the liquid fuel to an engine, there is provided a screen (17, 23) which is for filtering the liquid fuel (2) and is constituted as a bag with a bottom part thereof disposed in contact with or close to an inside wall of the bottom of the fuel tank and covers a suction opening (16) of a suction tube (15) and at least a part of the suction tube (15), the screen (17, 23) being constructed with a dense web which forms a substantially air-tight liquid film by soaking the liquid fuel (2) which makes contact with at least the bottom part of the screen (17, 23) when the screen is partially immersed in the liquid fuel (2).

  • Patent number: 4904162
Abstract: A fuel supplying pump having a switching circuit provided in the pump closing. The switching circuit stops the pump when an engine stops rotating due, for instance, to a fuel pipe breakage. The circuit having a transistor with a base connected to an oil pressure responsive switch.

  • Patent number: 4682936
Abstract: A suction port 22a of an end cover 22 and a suction port 21a of a pump casing 21 are disposed to have a certain angular distance from each other, and the end cover 22 is covered by fuel filtration element 23 with a gap against the bottom of the end cover 22, thereby resistance to fire flame ignited by collector of a pump motor becomes large and dangerous spreading of fire flame is prevented.

  • Patent number: 4619591
Abstract: An in-tank type fuel pump comprises a pump body having a cylindrical yoke with its one end closed by a cover-out member made of a synthetic resinous material, a motor held in the pump body and an impeller driven by the motor to discharge fuel sucked from an intake port to a discharge port, wherein an elongated portion extending along the inner wall of the cylindrical yoke is formed integrally with the cover-out member and each of first lead wires is extended from the interior of the pump body to the exterior of the same through each through hole formed in the elongated portion, each one end of the first lead wires in the pump body being connected to each of second lead wires connected to brushes.
