Abstract: A distributed data storage system and method are disclosed. The distributed data storage system includes: an interface machine process module; at least one service process module; and at least one storage module. The interface machine process module is configured to receive a storage request containing data to be stored from a storage requester and distribute the storage request to one of the at least one service process module; the service process module is configured to receive the storage request from the interface machine process module and assign a storage identifier for the date contained in the storage request; the at least one storage module is configured to store the data according to the storage identifier assigned by the service process module. The distributed data storage system and method of the present invention can provide stable, simple, highly efficient, and low cost mass data storage and read/write services for users.

Abstract: A cable assembly comprises: a metal sheet having a body portion defining a receiving hole, a connector received in the receiving hole of the metal sheet and a PCB electrically connected to the conductive terminals and located on the connector. The PCB is fastened on the metal sheet and perpendicular to the body portion of the metal sheet. The connector comprises a set of conductive terminals, an insulative housing enclosing the conductive terminals, a shell made of metal material and located on the front the insulative housing.

Abstract: A double-sided exchange may be an exchange wherein both buyers and sellers provide bids for matching via the exchange. A first interface receives buy bids from buyers and a second interface receives sell bids from sellers. A controller matches the sell bids with the buy bids, yielding matched buy bids and matched sell bids in response thereto so that allocations of the matched buy bids and the matched sell bids maximize a surplus of the exchange. An allocation that substantially maximizes an auctioneer's profit and/or announces payments based on sell bids is provided. The announced allocations and prices can be shown to be a substantially competitive equilibrium in some applications.

Abstract: A chip with a high performance programmable logic system interface, including a first internal device, a second internal device and a bus master, is provided. The first internal device, which is integrated into the chip, communicates with an external device by a first set of internal buses and a first set of external buses. The second internal device, which is integrated into the chip, communicates with the external device by a second set of internal buses and a second set of external buses. The bus master is configured to control the first set of internal buses, the first set of external buses, the second set of internal buses and the second set of external buses. The first internal device and the second internal device communicate with the bus master simultaneously.

Abstract: A method for producing porous metal plated polymeric foam having uniform pore properties. Polymeric foam buns are horizontally cut along a longitudinal surface thereby lifting off a foam sheet. The sheet is spooled and then reticulated to remove any remaining cell walls and to round off the internal pore struts to enlarge the openings between the adjacent cells. The reticulated foam sheet is unwound and then plated. Slabs may be attached end to end and loop slitted and then reticulated. The resulting plated uniform foam provides a superior substrate for battery plaques and other applications.

The first vehicle body has an engine and the second one has a motor/generator. An articulation device connects them to allow the first vehicle body to drive the second vehicle body or vice versa or even for them to act together. A drive transmission that can be used in the vehicle allows power to be input from two shafts or for one of the shafts to be an additional power output. An articulation device that can be used in the vehicle allows quick alignment and/or coupling and decoupling of the two bodies.
