    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a method, device, and computer program product for managing processes. There is provided a method of managing processes. The method comprises: in response to detecting a job to be executed in a job processing system, determining attribute information related to execution of a message queue in the job processing system; and determining, based on the attribute information, allocation information for a process to execute the job. Through embodiments of the present disclosure, the number of processes can be dynamically adjusted according to the current processing capacity of the job processing system, thereby maximizing the use of the resources of the job processing system and meanwhile avoiding crashing of the job processing system.

The storage system comprises a first storage device and a second storage device. In the method, a data object specified by a write request is searched for in the first storage device, the write request specifying the data object that is to be written to the storage system. According to determining that the data object is not present in the first storage device, the second storage device is notified to search for the data object in the second storage device. The data object is written to the storage system according to a search result of searching for the data object in the second storage device. An address mapping of the data object is determined based on an address to which the data object is written in the storage system, where the address mapping indicates an address of the data object in the storage system, and the method is implemented at the first storage device.

    Abstract: A card edge connector includes an insulative housing extending along a lengthwise direction, two rows of (contact) passageways formed in two opposite side walls with a central slot therebetween. Two rows of contacts are disposed within the corresponding passageways, respectively. The contacts include signal contacts and grounding contacts. Each side wall further forms an elongated channel by two sides of central wall under the central slot. A covering block is upwardly assembled into the corresponding channel after the corresponding contacts have been assembled into the corresponding passageways. Each block includes a deflectable latch engaged with the central wall. The covering block occupies at least one half of each passageway in the transverse direction perpendicular to the lengthwise direction. The covering block is optimally made of conductive plastic and forms a plurality of abutment ribs to respectively abut against the corresponding grounding contacts, respectively.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method and a device of trajectory outlier detection. The method may include: points on a trajectory to be detected are obtained by sampling the trajectory; characteristic points are extracted from the points according to spatial state and temporal state of each of the points; trajectory segments are obtained by segmenting the trajectory according to the characteristic points; each of the trajectory segments is compared to normal trajectory segments and abnormal trajectory segments; and one or more trajectory outliers are identified from the trajectory segments based on comparison results. Wherein, the normal trajectory segments and the abnormal trajectory segments are obtained by clustering trajectory segments in a training set; and the trajectory segments in the training set are obtained by segmenting historical trajectories based on characteristic points extracted from points on the historical trajectories according to spatial state and temporal state of the points.

A future workload associated with the group of jobs is determined based on associations, comprised in a workload model, between job descriptions and future workloads associated with the job descriptions. The group of jobs in the processing system are managed based on the current workload and the future workload. With the foregoing example implementation, jobs in the processing system may be managed more effectively, and latency in processing jobs may be reduced.
