    Abstract: In a first configuration, a UE receives, from a service provider, a certificate authority list. The certificate authority list is at least one of integrity protected or encrypted based on a credential known by the UE and the service provider and stored on a smartcard in the UE. The UE authenticates a server using the received certificate authority list. In a second configuration, the UE receives a user service discovery/announcement including a reception report configuration and an address of a server. The UE sends a protected reception report to the server based on the reception report configuration. In a third configuration, the UE receives a protected broadcast announcement and communicates based on the broadcast announcement. The broadcast announcement is at least one of integrity protected or encrypted based on a credential known by the UE and stored on a smartcard in the UE.

The catalyst according to the present disclosure has significantly improved polymerization activity, hydrogen response, and stereoselectivity. According to the present disclosure, when the catalyst system containing a diol diester compound as shown in Formula (I) of the present disclosure is used in olefin polymerization, the catalyst shows good comprehensive performance, including high catalytic activity. In particular, in the presence of highly concentrated hydrogen, the catalyst has an improved hydrogen response and/or isotacticity of the polymers obtained can be significantly improved.

    Abstract: A light-emitting diode includes at least an N-type layer, a light-emitting layer and a P-type layer, wherein the light-emitting layer forms a “V”-shaped indentation or pit during epitaxial process and the V pit is filled in with at least one type of metal nanoparticles to generate surface plasma coupling effect and to improve recombination probability of holes and electrons, thus improving internal quantum efficiency; further, a V pit is generated in the N-type layer during epitaxial process; surface plasma coupling effect is generated by filling metal nanoparticles in the V pit to increase light reflection, light extraction efficiency and external quantum efficiency, thereby improving light emitting efficiency of LED; and the V pit is formed directly by adjusting growth rate, thickness, temperature, pressure or doping during epitaxial process instead of etching, which causes no damage to the LED epitaxial layer, thus simplifying process and improving device stability.
