One side of the oil chamber can be sealed by using a dust-proof seal, to achieve dust-proof and waterproof effects at this side. The oil seal can be functioned to seal a bearing side. After a flexible oil retainer is mounted onto a main shaft through a limiting structure, a labyrinth can be formed in the oil chamber, thereby effectively improving the ability to prevent the oil from flowing out.
