    Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to image reconstruction techniques used in magnetic resonance imaging. The techniques disclosed include calculating, for each of image reconstruction tasks to be performed, a calculation capability requirement value of the task by a magnetic resonance system, and determining whether the calculation capability requirement value of the task is greater than a predetermined threshold. If so, the task is sent to a shared image reconstruction apparatus, so that the shared image reconstruction apparatus performs the task. Otherwise, the task is sent to a local image reconstruction apparatus, so that the local image reconstruction apparatus performs the task. The techniques described herein facilitate a reduction in hardware cost required for image reconstruction in MRI.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a centrifugal fan blade assembly and a centrifugal fan, comprising a plurality of blades, a blade leading edge of at least some of the blades being provided with an interference groove, the interference groove extending in a width direction of the blade. By providing the interference groove extending in the width direction of the blade on the blade leading edge, when the fan blade assembly is running, the interference groove changes noise frequency, thereby preventing the blade leading edge from producing a relatively large broadband noise after being impacted by a high speed air flow, thus effectively reducing noise.

Because the cross-correlation value of the received signal and the local sequence is less affected by a signal-to-noise ratio and interference signals, the method can adapt to signal changes, can effectively alleviate the frame loss problem of a received signal autocorrelation based scheme under a low signal-to-noise ratio and interference condition, and also has good anti-noise and anti-interference capabilities.

    Abstract: The available delivery capability (ADC) of a power distribution network with respect to a power transaction is evaluated in real-time. The power transaction involves simultaneous power deliveries from power sources in a source area to loads in a sink area. First, a list of contingencies are ranked in the power distribution network with respect to static security constraints to obtain a subset of top-ranked contingencies. For each top-ranked contingency in the subset, a representation of the power transaction in a steady state of the power distribution network, in a form of parameterized three-phase power flow equations, is solved to obtain a corresponding power delivery capability (PDC) and a corresponding binding constraint among the static security constraints. The reliability of the power transaction in the power distribution network is then evaluated based on, at least in part, a first contingency PDC which is a smallest PDC among obtained corresponding PDCs.
