    Abstract: A photovoltaic grid-connected system and a control method therefor. The photovoltaic inverter is connected to the grid through a synchronous motor back-to-back drive system including two synchronous motors. The photovoltaic inverter is controlled to operate in the current source mode after the photovoltaic grid-connected system is started, the synchronous motor back-to-back drive system is controlled to operate in the generator mode, and the excitation current of the first synchronous motor is controlled to maintain the voltage stability of the AC side of the photovoltaic inverter. Therefore, the stability and safety of the power grid is significantly improved and the impact of intermittent new energy on the power grid is reduced by virtue of the characteristics of the synchronous motor, and the maximum power point of the photovoltaic array can be tracked to avoid loss of power generation, and traditional photovoltaic inverters can be used without any modification.

During binarization the value of dQP and the sign are separately encoded using unary coding and then combined into a binary string which also contains the dQP non-zero flag. This invention capitalizes on the statistical symmetry of positive and negative values of dQP and results in saving bits and thus a higher coding efficiency.

The mutated protein, expression vectors, recombinant viruses, recombinant cells, recombinant bacteria, or recombinant vectors are also disclosed. A method for constructing a murine model with mutations in Csf1r gene. This method includes introducing the targeted vector containing the mutated Csf1r gene into mouse embryonic stem cells, followed by injection into blastocysts to generate F0 generation mice. The F0 generation mice are then bred with mice that specifically express Cre enzyme in tissues, followed by screening. The constructed murine model has significant applications in studying the pathogenic mechanisms of brain diseases caused by microglial cell dysfunction and screening valuable medicine for treating brain diseases.
