Abstract: The invention relates to a mutated HPV39 L1 protein (or a variant thereof), a sequence encoding the same, a method for preparing the same, and a virus-like particle comprising the same, wherein the protein (or a variant thereof) and the virus-like particle can induce the generation of neutralizing antibodies against at least two HPV types (e.g. HPV39 and HPV68, or HPV39, HPV68 and HPV70), and therefore can be used to prevent infection by said at least two HPV types, and a disease caused by said infection, such as cervical cancer and condyloma acuminatum. The invention further relates to the use of the protein and the virus-like particle in the manufacture of a pharmaceutical composition or a vaccine for preventing infection by said at least two HPV types, and a disease caused by said infection, such as cervical cancer and condyloma acuminatum.

Abstract: This invention provides compounds, compositions and methods for modulating the expression of human GST-? using RNA interference. The RNA interference molecules can be used in methods for preventing or treating diseases such as malignant tumor. Provided are a range of siRNA structures, having one or more of nucleotides being modified or chemically-modified. Advantageous structures include siRNAs with 2?-deoxy nucleotides located in the seed region, as well as other nucleotide modifications.

Abstract: A broadcast sending control method includes: acquiring a receiver queue corresponding to a broadcast message; acquiring an application type and a launching state of a first receiver, wherein the first receiver is any receiver in the receiver queue; removing, in a case where the application type is a predetermined application type and the launching state is a predetermined launching state, the first receiver from the receiver queue; and sending, according to the receiver queue from which the first receiver has been removed, the broadcast message.

Abstract: A method for arranging a broadcast message in an operating system and an electronic device are provided. The method includes determining a broadcast receiver of the broadcast message when the broadcast message is sent from the broadcast sender; determining a priority of the broadcast message according to the broadcast receiver; determining an insertion location of the broadcast message in a broadcast message queue according to the priority of the broadcast message; and arranging the broadcast message at the insertion location such that the broadcast message is inserted into the broadcast message queue.

Abstract: A device including a management logic unit and a user logic unit, where the management logic unit comprises a Peripheral Component Interconnect Express (PCIe) module, and the PCIe module comprises a first physical functional unit and a second physical functional unit. The first physical functional unit is configured to receive a user logic loading request initiated by the second physical functional unit, where the user logic loading request carries a user logic identifier; obtain a user logic file based on the user logic identifier; and burn the user logic file into the user logic unit via a PCIe configuration channel. The present disclosure solves the technical problem that an existing FPGA cannot be deployed in the cloud due to the need for connecting to a JTAG cable when being remotely configured or debugged.

Abstract: Embodiments of systems and methods for measuring a geometric attribute of a hole structure in a semiconductor chip are disclosed. In an example, an optical spectrum signal corresponding to the hole structure in the semiconductor chip is received. The optical spectrum signal is characterized by one or more optical features. The geometric attribute of the hole structure is determined based, at least in part, on the optical features using a model. The model is trained from a plurality of training samples each including a pair of an optical spectrum signal and a labeled reference signal both corresponding to a same hole structure.

A plurality of storage containers is combined to form a combined storage area, which is provided with a track assembly, a bin gripping robot, and a plurality of bins. An internal space of at least one track-switching container is in communication with the internal space of at least one of the plurality of storage containers. The track-switching container is provided with a track-switching device therein, and the track-track-switching device is configured to switch the bin gripping robot in at least one of the storage containers from a current running track where the bin gripping robot is located to a target running track. An internal space of at least one outbound-inbound container is in communication with the internal space of the track-switching container. The outbound-inbound container is provided with an outbound-inbound device for performing goods outbound-inbound operations.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a preparation process of food-grade potassium dihydrogen phosphate, wherein phosphoric acid prepared from wet-process phosphoric acid is used for the preparation of high-purity potassium dihydrogen phosphate. The preparation process of food-grade potassium dihydrogen phosphate provided in the present invention effectively reduces the preparation cost of the high-purity potassium dihydrogen phosphate and has the advantage of high process controllability, and by such a process, high-purity potassium dihydrogen phosphate crystals that meet the food-grade requirements can be produced, which crystals have uniform particle size distribution and comprises few fine powder, having a very high market value.

Additionally, various methods of employing the polynucleotides in plants, such as methods for increasing GS activity in a plant, methods for increase seed protein content in a seed of a plant, and methods for increasing yield of a plant, are also provided herein.

Abstract: The invention relates, in part, to a method of producing silica vesicles including under controlled conditions to thereby heavily influence the morphology and characteristics of the vesicles. The vesicles are shown to be effective as delivery agents for chemical and biological agents. They are also shown to be useful in methods of treatment and as components of an immunogenic composition.

Abstract: An electrical connector includes an insulating body and multiple terminals accommodated in the insulating body. Each terminal has a base portion, a strip connecting portion extending upward from the base portion to be connected to a strip, and an elastic arm extending from the base portion. The elastic arm has a first tearing edge torn from the strip connecting portion, a second tearing edge torn from the strip, and a blanking edge blanked from the strip. The second tearing edge or the blanking edge has a dividing point. When each terminal is connected to the strip and expanded in a same vertical plane, the dividing point and a top point of the first tearing edge are vertically aligned. After the elastic arm is formed by bending, the dividing point and the first tearing edge are both located at a back side of the strip connecting portion.

Abstract: Methods and systems are presented for testing software applications in a production-like environment that simulates real-world failures of production environments. A production environment has production applications and databases configured to process user requests from users for conducting transactions with a service provider. A testing system provides an intermediate interface that enables a software application operating in the test environment to access at least one of a production application or a production database. The intermediate interface can be configured based on different failure configurations to simulate production component failures in the production environment. Failure injection and randomized failure modes can be employed, including for network-related failures (latency, dropped packets, connections, etc.) that might occur in the production environment.

When the context information is retrieved and found out to be changed, a relevant body is configured for self-adaptive management. A fusion processing is performed on the information. A decision agent and an execution agent are configured to manage and control message transfer between agents and provide data for an effector. A network is configured to use a software-defined architecture to transfer data from a sensor platform to a server in a cloud.

Abstract: Disclosed is a prefabricating and stacking combined data center. The data center is formed block structures in a multi-dimensional stacking manner. The block structures are disposed to be a fire protection layer, an air return layer, a bridge architecture wiring layer, a top-cabinet wiring layer, a cabinet device layer, and an air supply layer from up to down, which are independent from each other. Provided is a prefabricating and stacking combined data center. Operation difficulty of site construction is greatly reduced by prefabricating block structures by a factory, forming the data center by multi-dimensional stacking, and connecting the block structures with each other by splicing on site. In addition, according to different requirements of customers, corresponding ancillary facilities may be designed based on volume of an IT device, and the device and a computer room may be reasonably and effectively arranged according to the corresponding national standards and specifications.

Abstract: A fusion protein is described, comprising a first N-terminal signal peptide sequence, a second peptide sequence C-terminal to the signal peptide sequence, and a third peptide sequence C-terminal to the second peptide sequence; wherein one of the second peptide sequence and the third peptide sequence is an RdCVF-short peptide sequence and the other is a hydrophilic peptide sequence. After translation the signal peptide is cleaved, leaving a fusion protein comprising the second peptide sequence and the third peptide sequence minus the signal peptide. Also described are nucleic acids and expression vectors encoding the fusion protein, cells comprising the nucleic acid or expression vector, as well as methods of treatment and uses of the fusion protein, nucleic acid, and expression vector. Abstract: Provided is an information perception method based on an operation and maintenance scene knowledge base. An information node monitor is in charge of monitoring updates of a distribution information node and stored context information. A context retriever is in charge of indexing and retrieving the stored context information. An interpreter is used for providing services for the information node monitor and the context retriever. When the context is retrieved and found out to be changed, a rule engine is used for self-adaptive management and deducing a high-level context according to a rule body in the operation and maintenance scene knowledge base. The deduced high-level context is sent to a uniform service management software platform.

Abstract: A communication method includes: determining, by a first device, a first synchronization signal, where the first synchronization signal is used by a second device for symbol timing alignment and frequency synchronization; and sending, by the first device, the first synchronization signal on each group of subcarriers of M groups of subcarriers, where M is a positive integer greater than or equal to 2. According to the communication method in this application, the first device sends the first synchronization signal on each group of subcarriers of a plurality of groups of subcarriers, so that the second device can select, based on a reception capability of the second device, an appropriate bandwidth to receive the first synchronization signal.
