    Abstract: The present invention belongs to the field of information technology, involving the techniques of fuzzy modeling, reinforcement learning, parallel computing, etc. It is a method combining granular computing and reinforcement learning for construction of long-term prediction interval and determination of its structure. Adopting real industrial data, the present invention constructs multi-layer structure for assigning information granularity in unequal length and establishes corresponding optimization model at first. Then considering the importance of the structure on prediction accuracy, Monte-Carlo method is deployed to learn the structural parameters. Based on the optimal multi-layer granular computing structure along with implementing parallel computing strategy, the long-term prediction intervals of gaseous generation and consumption are finally obtained. The proposed method exhibits superiority on accuracy and computing efficiency which satisfies the demand of real-world application.

    Abstract: An antibiotic susceptibility testing device of gram-negative bacteria, as well as a corresponding method, are discussed. The device has a temperature control unit (including a constant temperature chamber) and a contactless conductivity-based measurement system. Disposable glassy or PVC tubes are used as test vessels for AST. In the performance of AST assay, appropriate kind of liquid medium containing identical amount of target bacterial cells and target antibiotics at different concentrations are loaded into test tubes, following by incubation in the device at a setup temperature. The bacterial growth profile is monitored by collecting the differential values (?C) of conductivity of liquid medium, which depend on the proliferation of viable cells. Outcome of ?C indicates whether the target bacterial cells are completely inhibited by the test antibiotic or not, enabling the user to judge the value of the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) simply.

    Abstract: A spin coating device and method. The spin coating device includes a rotatable rotary shaft and sucker fixed on an end portion of the shaft, and an electromagnetic induction device below the sucker which includes an annular magnet fixed below the sucker, coil group formed by a first and second coil, and strip-shaped magnet fixed at the rotary shaft. A base on the sucker has a notch. The unbalanced centrifugal force during rotation of the sucker causes vibration. The electromagnetic induction device enables the centrifugal force generated during rotation of the sucker to be in balance with the magnetic force generated by the electromagnetic induction device to adjust the levelness of the sucker surface. The device does not need manual manipulation, enables the sucker to be more stable, reduces damage to the equipment due to vibration, and improves the effect of photoresist spin-coating while saving time and labor.

The method uses the actual industrial operation data to first extract the relevant data such as the production plan and production performance of converter steel-making, analyze the influencing factors, and extract the main influencing variables of oxygen consumption. Then, the neural network prediction model of oxygen consumption of a single converter is established, the mean square error is taken as the evaluation index, and the predicting result of time granularity of a converter in the blowing stage is given. Finally, in combination with the information of smelting time and smelting duration of each device in the converter production plan, the prediction value of oxygen load in a planned time period is given.
