    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In a wireless communications system, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, an indication of a set of component carriers (CCs) for the UE and a respective frequency range (FR) for each CC of the set of CCs. Each CC-FR pairing may be associated with a respective priority of a set of priorities. The UE may initiate a plurality of timers, where each timer of the plurality of timers may correspond to a respective CC-FR pairing. After expiration of a timer of the plurality of timers, the UE may measure one or more reference signals of a subset of the set of CCs based at least in part on a capability of the UE and a priority of the respective CC-FR pairing associated with the timer.

    Abstract: Provided are an optical anti-counterfeiting element and an anti-counterfeiting product. The optical anti-counterfeiting element comprises: a substrate, which comprises a first surface and second surface that are opposite one another; and a surface micro-structure layer that is formed on at least part of the first surface of the substrate. At least part of the surface micro-structure layer comprises a first set of at least a micro-prism, and the micro-prism is simultaneously provided with a refractive and a reflective function. Each pixel of a first pattern corresponds to one or more micro-prism refractive illumination spots in the first set of micro-prisms. The described optical anti-counterfeiting element can provide various anti-counterfeiting effects and improve the anti-counterfeiting performance of the anti-counterfeiting element.

The SMTC parameters indicate SMTC windows associated with reception of synchronization signal blocks (SSBs) by the UE from a base station. The method further includes, based on detecting one or more trigger conditions, transitioning, by the UE, from an inactive state to an active state to receive, during a time interval distinct from the SMTC windows, one or more SSBs from the base station. The method further includes performing, by the UE, one or more beam management operations based on the one or more SSBs received during the time interval.

Based on whether the second order statistics for the beam metrics converge, based on whether a detected beam metric converges at zero or a non-zero value, or any combination thereof, the UE may determine a mobility status for the UE.     Abstract: A portable blowing device includes a body and fans arranged in the body. Air channels are arranged in the body and extend in the length direction of the body to allow airflow to pass through. Wind shields are arranged in the air channels, and a periphery of the wind shield is closely connected with a side wall of the air channel so that a sub-air channel is formed between the wind shield and the side wall of the air channel. Air outlets are formed in the side wall for communicating with outside and the sub-air channel, and airflow generated by the fan can enter the sub-air channel and then exits the air outlets. Because of the reduced volume of the sub-air channel, the airflow is concentrated after entering the sub-air channel, and airflow exiting the air outlets is strengthened, so that the cooling effect and the user experience are improved.

A local figure error with extreme values corresponding to each field is resolved, based on the maximum and minimum margins of wavefront errors, and the local surface tolerance distributions of the freeform surface in the plurality of fields are integrated together.
