Abstract: A gate structure of flow guiding sediment bypass tunnel with self-adaptive inlet adjustment the gate structure comprises a sediment bypass tunnel main body, wherein: the sediment bypass tunnel main body comprises a second revolution wheel, a second braking rim, a top water stopper plate and a weir, a second regulator is provided at a front side of the sediment discharge tunnel, the second revolution wheel is provided at a top portion of the second regulator, a top portion of the second revolution wheel is welded with the second valve lever, the second valve lever is connected with the top portion of the second regulator, and by providing the flow guiding structure at the bottom portion bottom water flows with higher sediment concentrations can be guided into the tunnel; and the altitude of the flow guiding inlet at the bottom portion can be automatically controlled with the gate structure.

Abstract: A dual-position loop control method and system of a turntable are based on a harmonic speed reduction mechanism. The system and the method use feedbacks from two positions with the help of a first position sensor mounted on a shaft of a motor and a second position sensor mounted on an output end of a harmonic speed reducer respectively. The response is fast at the position of the shaft of the motor, and the second position sensor at the output end of the harmonic speed reducer can directly measure the position of a harmonic output end. Therefore, the influence of nonlinearity factors on the control system is reduced.

The side wall of the railway wagon comprises an upper side plate, a lower side plate, an inner side stake and an outer side stake, wherein the said inner side stake is arranged at the inner side of the said upper side plate and the said lower side plate, and the said outer side stake is arranged at the upper part of the said side wall of railway wagon and is arranged at the outer side of the said upper side plate. By applying the side wall in the form of internal stakes, the side wall of railway wagon and the boxcar of railway wagon of the present invention can make full use of the width space between the outer surface of the side plate and the outer surface of the side stake on the basis that the external dimension of the railway wagon is not changed, thereby effectively improving the volume of the railway wagon and the transporting capability of the train.
